the location was perfect. The hotel was gorgeous. Triple bed room was spacious.

Staff is rude (but a lot of Georgians I met are dry/ a bit rude, maybe it’s normal?) . Also we were promised a free taxi upon arrival for the airport to the hotel and no one came to pick us up and the staff said they don’t provide that service. It also says on the website that breakfast can be added/ purchased there, and when I asked about it the woman at the reception said they don’t provide breakfast (?) when I can clearly see there’s a running restaurant inside the hotel..on and finally fridge wasn’t working at all.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It's incredibly peaceful, situated in a lush green area, and conveniently close to the city center with plenty of great shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly, and I had a restful night's sleep in a clean room with a comfortable bed. The hotel is surprisingly quiet, which I appreciated. It's even connected to an extravagant restaurant, and I only wish I had the time to dine there and enjoy a leisurely meal. The restaurant's ambiance made me feel like I had stepped back in time.

The only downside was that they didn't clean my room after the first night, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Lovely hotel — great character, friendly and helpful staff, room comfortable and practical. And an excellent location right in the heart of Tbilisi, walkable to many good spots directly, and close to Marjanishvili metro/buses for everything further afield.

Ground flour is very stiylish and beautiful. Factory is just around the corner. Staff was quite nice.

Breakfast was not my thing. I had better breakfast in simple guest houses. I had to check differerent rooms to find a suitable mattress. Some are quite old. There is newer and older rooms.

Very polite staff, clean and good-looking building in a walking distance from city center

Make sure you ask them to change the sheets, they may forget to do this while cleaning

Location was fine, close to center. Liked the view from our room, was very nice. Like the coffee!

The staff was okay. The room isn't renovated for quite a long time I'd say, but for the price this is very good place to stay at.
