The location is great, not in the very center of the city but still very convenient with metro and bolt. Also the neighborhood is quite interesting with all those amazing street arts on the walls. Loved them. The breakfast that was served in the cafe/bar was great and everything was so tasty and fresh. The prices are also very reasonable, so you dont need to go out for a coffee or breakfast at all.

There was really nothing that I did not like about the hostel. The people working there were so friendly and always ready to help, the cleanliness was another level especially thinking that it's a hostel not a hotel. The only problem was that I arrived too early and I would be so happy if my room was available but of course it was just my bad luck, not the hostel's problem or mistake :)

If you want to feel the teenage spirit of Tbilisi you definitely need to visit this place. Partying every night will definitely leave unforgettable memories during your trip.

The place was built for exact group of people, so if you do not belong to this community you are not gonna like it, so take your time to understand what this place is about before reservation.

so this was my third time staying in fabrika and fabrika is always awesome but im super disappointed with breakfast! you guys used to cook great meals nice prices and there was no need to pay for coffee or tea ! now you are going to choose some cake or cold sandwiches you have to pay for every single item and yeah their coffee machine broke ! doesnt sound good at all paid like 40 lari and still was hungry and i could have grab amazing breakfast from the resturants behind fabrika with half price amazing food ! as much as i like fabrika break fast was a turn down ! and it used to be so many people there talk and meet now its just no one ! fabrika i think you needed to hear this

Fabrika Hostel was the best hostel I've ever stayed in. We stayed in a double room. The rooms were clean, they clean as long as you want. It was central and mostly close to places to visit, if you like walking, the walking route is also nice. The hostel staff was helpful. You have to pay for breakfast. There are many bars in the hostel's courtyard, it's nice to sit there in the evenings. It's also a safe hostel. As for the shortcomings, I can say this: There was no closet in the room we stayed in. There were hangers, but they were not enough. You can also put something on the window sills, but it would be better to have a closet.We stayed for 6 days. If I come to Tbilisi again, I'll stay here again.

A great place to stay in Tbilisi. Room had great A/C, very comfortable mattress and solid bunks. Each bed has a light, socket and shelf plus lockers for each bed (BYO lock). Downstairs common area a really nice place to hang out, meet people, work etc, with several bars just outside that are popular with locals each night. Bathrooms are large with plenty of facilities for the number of people on each floor. The location is good with a number of coffee shops and eateries nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English. Room and kitchen was clean. Be aware this is one of the larger more "commercial" feeling hostels.

Maintenance seems to be a bit of an issue here. All but one of the washing machines were broken. Several of the showers in the bathroom were out of order, and several that were working would create a massive puddle of water in the bathroom. The bathrooms (especially toilets) were not particularly clean and could use more attention.

The environment is super nice! In fabrics you can find everything, cafe, workspace, bars, they even organize events, yoga sessions etc. Perfect for especially solo travelers to socialize and find friends. Although I was in 12 people mixed dorm, I didn’t feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable since the rooms are huge.

Just the kitchen facilities🥲 it’s quite problematic to cook since they don’t have a stove and cutlery, but they have again a nice space for the kitchen as well. A little tips, if you don’t find a stove still and want to cook something, use the toaster:D just put a pan on top and it heats pretty well!

It was in the very centre of the youth vibe of the city. It seems amazing for solo travellers, there are many food and drink options within the facilities and it felt like a cultural center, apart from just a hostel. The facilities were super cool, modern and urban, definitely serving aesthetics. We had a triple booking for our room and the reception was helpful to arrange that we don’t change rooms in the middle of the stay.

A bit noisy in the night. Because of the open places around but also because of the dog barks in the middle of the night, every time a car passed by. We had a room on the side of the street though, maybe it’s more silent on the other side. When using the shower the bathroom would be flooded in water, something went wrong with the drain construction maybe.

I stayed here for two nights during a short trip and overall, it met my expectations very well. The location is excellent — convenient and accessible for travelers. Since I checked in quite late at night and had to check out early in the morning, I opted for a private single room to avoid disturbing others in the hostel. The shared bathrooms and toilets were never crowded during my stay, and everything was very clean. The room itself was spotless and included two lockers where you can securely store your luggage, which I found very practical. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Despite being in a central location, the room was quiet at night, and I had no issues with noise. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Nothing in particular, everything met my expectations for a short stay.

It is definitely the most fun and delicious place to stay in Tbilisi, central and visually appealing to the eye and entertainment, not suitable for someone who expects calmness and serenity. Because there is entertainment outside your room

The rooms are clean and the toilets and showers are clean and well maintained, and the design is very nice, breakfast is very accessible if you want to have it at the hotel, it is very nice to have your room at a point where everyone in the city comes to have fun, and the restaurants in the courtyard are very good, the location of the hotel is also very good. The only thing was that the vending machines ran out of drinking water and it was not available for two days and it was very expensive in restaurants and cafes and I could hardly get drinking water.
