Hotel is good enough to stay a few nights if you need to leave in this part of the city. Staff was very friendly and help me with navigation around. Room is comfortable, but need some light repair. Bathroom is clean and comfortable. Very liked the breakfast! The coffee was brewed, not instant. And the food was very good.

Room need some light repair. It would be great if there was a blanket in the room. Not only the bed sheets. I think you can ask for it, but for me it will be more comfortable if it's in the room.

The remote location is good, mountain view. The hotel and room is in good condition, very modern. Air conditioning is working, you get a private balcony. Free private parking. A shop is nearby. The owner offered free homemade wine.

Quite noisy, both from inside inhabitants and outside noises (not too far away from a road). The air conditioner is very close to the bed so its hard to make it comfortable for sleeping.

Very clean, well-decorated, spacious room with a large comfy bed. We didn't get to experience breakfast as we had to leave for the airport in the middle of the night. (The Bolt App is excellent for taxis).

A lots of strange, loud, scraping furniture noises upstairs into the early hours and noisy talking outside our room window and in the lobby as we were falling asleep but that was no big deal other than it woke me a couple of times. (Our room was on the ground floor next to reception).

Well, the place was really really nice!!! Room was big and very comfortable for a couple with child. Clean and very good smelling bed. Very warm room - best thing when you travel in winter. I want to also note that location was very comfortable. Lot of shops and other infrastructure nearby. We were traveling by car, and had a good opportunity to park our car in a good place at the hotels yard… parking is a hugeee problem in Tbilisi. We had also all the necessary bathroom stuffs in our room - towel, soap and shampoo, sleepers. But the most surprising and cute were coffee and tea begs.

It was little strange that we mentioned 3 person stay but the towels and the bed was made only for 2! But that’s ok. All the other things I really liked…

The best place to stay.. Ani was very helpful and an amazing host. Peaceful place and had a good stay.. Market place is 2 mins walking distance to buy food or groceries.

1. Location! It was far from tourist attractions though taxi is not expensive in Tblisi and we were going everywhere by taxi. 2. The hotel doesn't have any board or sign on the entrance or street.

Very friendly and supportive staff. Clean and cozy rooms. Only issue we faced, we could not regulate temperature in the room, so it was a bit cold in winter. Staying was pleasant in total. Thank you for nice atmosphere and smile ♥️

This is a wonderful place located near Tbilisi Sea to live with family and cat. Owners of the hotel are very friendly and kind, room was comfortable and clean. I really want to stay here again in our next trip to Tbilisi. Highly recommended!

Kind and thoughtful hosts. The hotel seems new. It is quite clean and well maintained. I particularly enjoyed taking my laptop up to the terrace to work.

The hotel is far from downtown Tbilisi and so you have to take the bus or a taxi to get to most places.
