I frequently stay at this hotel for work, and it has become my favorite place to stay in Zugdidi. One of the things I appreciate the most is that the rooms do not have carpets, making them feel much cleaner and fresher. The cleanliness is always top-notch, with spotless rooms every time. The staff is incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with anything needed. Plus, the hotel is perfectly located in the city center, making it convenient for everything. Highly recommended for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

We arrived later in the evening, but we quickly checked-in and able to get some rest. We were originally on a room on the upper floor, but they quickly accommodated our request to move to the first floor so we didn't have to carry our luggage. The room was comfortable and well decorated. We didn't have time to explore Zugdidi, but the hotel was in a very central location, and it would have been easy to walk around. The breakfast was a classic hotel breakfast -nothing special, but plenty to get our day started.

I stayed only one night in this hotel in my trip in Georgia and it was very good. The hotel is located in the city center, there are parking spots on the nearby streets. Even it is located in the center it was very quiet during the night. The room was very clean. The price for the value was very good. From here you can easily visit the tourist attractions in the city.

Location was central, we booked two rooms and were upgraded to the luxe option. The rooms were bright, spacious and very very clean and tidy. We lost golden bracelet in the hotel, we called the manager and it was revealed at once. So we were very thankful

The hotel has recently been renovated and everything in the room was new and in excellent condition tastefully decorated. The room was large and comfortable. Position in the centre of Zugdidi is good.

Nothing much. The entrance is a little hard to find and there is a fair amount of traffic noise until later at night.

If you don't go for breakfast immediately when it starts, there is not too much left to eat.

Only minus is too much noise coming up from the street even at night, but is in not depended to the hotel management

I was pleasantly surprised by the room I booked. It was extremely spacious, comfortable, clean, and cozy. The living room had a fridge and TV, and the bedroom was exceptionally spacious and spotless. I didn't expect such a nice room for the price I paid.

The rooms on the street side are noisy- you would need air plugs

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Also the location was excellent

What I would like to improve is the stability of the room doors. Also, the doors of my room were very close to the reception and this is a bit inconvenient
