This is my first time staying at the property. It’s probably the newest and most stylish hotel in Zugdidi. It is located in a very lovely residential area, 2 minutes drive from the Main Street, or 5 min by foot. The staff is exceptionally attentive and caring, which is the main indicator of the hospitality for me. Beds are very comfortable, rooms well equipped and spacious. Great value for money

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and tidy, with thoughtful touches like cozy pillows and nice amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and enjoyment. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide selection of delicious and nutritious options. I also appreciated the quiet and peaceful location, making it a perfect spot to relax and recharge. Overall, I found this hotel to be incredibly charming and endearing, with a real sense of heart and soul. There is something special about this hotel, I cannot wait to return

New hotel. Nice interior and lobby. Comfortable bed. Beautiful elevator. Large room with good lighting. Enough parking in front of the hotel. Overall pleasant stay.

Breakfast could be better for the hotel that charges so much per night. No decent ham or hard cheese. No bread at all. No yogurt. Only instant coffee. Eggs were overdone. They had fries one day and pasta the next day. They had 2 types of cheap sausages and suluguni. Also some blrolled balls from leftover chicken. Shower is very small. Hard for a guy to even fit in.

Everything. great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, beautifully furnished. I am happy to discover the place. It is a relatively small, cozy hotel

Breakfast could've been better. This part of Georgia is proud of best food and they need to reflect that.

Receptionists were not the most welcoming. But nothing bad. Just did not meet expectations of hospitality and friendliness. Just did their job.

The Hotel is modern and new. The room is spacious and well equipped. The staff is very polite and helpful. The balcony is small but stylish. Breakfast is decent with a good service.

The electricity outlet is lacking, only one at the bed side. The clothes hanger is limited.

My favorite hotel in Zugdidi. I stay there every time and recommend it to all my friends and relatives. New, clean and very attentive staff. Experience never disappoints, I feel at home

Clean and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds, excellent service and a wonderful breakfast. Close to the street with shops and cafes, however the hotel is very quiet
