I had a good experience, the apartment was as described in the ad, the beds were comfortable, generally everything was clean and in good working order. We didn't see any staff while there, the check-in was done online/phone, we got the key from a key box in the reception. It was perfect for us because we arrived very late in the night, so there was no problem. There was also free parking in front of the property.

I have no complains. Maybe it would be nice to have a mirror in the room, or at least in the corridor. There was only one in the bathroom (but this is not a complain, just a suggestion)

Nice rooms, nice balcony, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and even a cooking station inside the room. The bathroom also has a bidet, really rare outside Italy and nice for an Italian traveler. The automatic keeping of the keys and leaving them like in many US places is amazing. The hotel is located near a small river and inside nature, really relaxing after hours traveling.

The room was too hot, even if outside it was 20º C, inside the room it was really, really hot. I don't want to think how hot it could be in July. But it would be fine for autumn, winter and spring, so it's not totally a negative point, if you don't like warm rooms just avoid to stay there in summer because there isn't air conditioning nor a fan.

Clean room, bedsheets and towels. The room had a little kitchen corner with electrical plate, tee boiler and eating utensils for 2 persons. There is a Lidl in walking distance for small shopping if needed. I especially appreciated the 24h check-in/check-out process, where you receive on the day of arrival a PIN code (not the booking.com one!) and there is a key-dispenser at the entrance to use this PIN and get your key. In the same dispenser there is a place to give back the key when leaving. WiFi (free) was available, reliable and with a good speed. There are free parking places in front of the building, which is good because the location is near the edge of the town.

Actually, for the paid price, I have nothing to complain about. Some reviews are complaining about the "edge-of-town" location, which is more "industrial"-looking indeed, but, hey .... you see the address on the map when choosing this Boardinghouse. If you want something central, of course you'll pay more.

The hotel was very nice. The room was equipped with everything. The location is also very good and convenient for public transport and supermarkets. For some reason, we had to stay longer than expected but the staff cooperated very well. I liked the stay very much. I will highly recommend this place.

The building is being refurbished and lots of building materials and working people around. No staff here in case of questions or problems.

Great value for money for the region, parking is provided, the staff is professional and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. Can recommend for a business trip.

The room had a strong smoke smell because apparently the previous guests smoked all the time in the room. We could change the room right away without any issues and the new room was fine, no smoke smell.

No staff, check in at a terminal, great bed, great shower, location is next to a supermarket in an industrial area between the town and the office I was working at. Perfect for me

Parking was a little tight, there were many workers there with large vans.

Great stay for a business trip. Spacious room, big comfortable bed, great WiFi, very friendly staff. We went to a nearby Italian restaurant and it was delicious. We would go back there for another business trip.

the check is so easy , just at the entrance you add the code they give you and you will get the key. check out is at that same machine . the rooms are so clean , spacious and modern. TV and kettle in the room , a lot of sockets. quite place and close to a river that flows close to the entrance

I liked the scenery around the hotel. Also the cleanliness and order.

I didn’t like the distance from the city center and the lack of transportation there.
