I am a little biased as I've stayed at this property for business in years past, but had not stayed there in 13 years. Not a thing has changed, which is a good thing. Even the parking lot is still gravel. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is excellent (but not open Sunday evenings), and the rooms are nicely sized and just plain comfortable. If you visit in the dead of summer, you may want to reconsider as the rooms are not air-conditioned. Lastly, it is located in a quiet neighborhood which affords much peace and quiet.

The only "negative" is that the restaurant is not open Sunday evenings but that is not a real hardship as there are other options for an evening meal well within walking distance. In my case we ate at a steakhouse about 200 meters from the front door.

I liked this hotel very much. Friendly staff, who is ready to help if needed. The breakfast ist really good with fresh orange juice and on demand egg variations for each person. The rest of the buffett ist also a good variation of choices. I didn't miss anything.

For my tastes the mattresses were way too hard. For me as a curvy person, this was a real problem because I didn't have a good sleeping position, which led to tension in the morning. But If you like very firm mattresses you will be very happy with this hotel.

From beginning to end this hotel was truly a treat! I certainly wasn’t expecting it to be that fancy at such a remarkably low price. I certainly enjoyed my time at this fine establishment and will for CERTAIN stay here again. The restaurant was lovely along with their selection of fine wines, whiskeys and beers. 10/10 would recommend.

An amazing small hotel in a small village with nice clean rooms and a small creek below the window. The room was very good, the bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom convenient and the internet was good.

Staying in this hotel was my pleasure. There is too much stuff that I liked while staying in this hotel. This hotel should be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything was amazing from smooth check-in, frinedly staff all the way to staying in my room. There is an Elevator that takes you on another floor. The room where I was staying was so nice. It was a big & bright room togather with big & comfortable bed, comfortable bedsheets, extremly clean which I was really surprised. Unlimited WiFi during stay so you can enjoy in browsing Internet and watch favorite Netflix shows on your favorite devices. I got private bathroom, togather with a bathtub, an extra towels in drawer, extremly huge mirror on the wall that I liked so, so much and a good bathroom lights and also togather with a hairdryer. Huge cabinet with hangers where you can put all of your clothes and the best thing which you can't see in many hotels...there was a place build togather with the huge cabinet where you can sit and put the shoes on... it's just kind of convinient. Also one thing that I liked so much is a MiniBAR build togather with huge cabinet with a few drinks so you can refresh while staying there... (ofc in addition to pay for these drinks)... Free parking for your car in front of the hotel... Restaurant where you can in addition buy breakfast and eat. During my stay the hotel was an amazing place and I would give recommandation to everyone who visit Aalen to stay in this hotel... Good price & Good value per night. Everything was perfect and I'm looking forward to visit this hotel again and stay here.

Very helpful staff. I was able to come back in afternoon and do some work in the dining area. Just really pleasant and helpful staff, every single one of them!

Clean and quiet place I've loved the small river near the location.

Was only one pillow and the mattress was a bit to hard for me.
