I really enjoyed my stay here. Room was clean and comfortable. Can get a little warm in the rooms during the hotter months but I didn’t mind. I took advantage of the spa/pools and the water was amazing. All was explained upon check in. We were given wristbands and bathrobes. You only pay for the time you spend there and the prices were very reasonable. We had dinner in the restaurant and the service was great. Loved the vast selection at breakfast. So many choices!! Will definitely be back..

The room was great (minimalist, had everything I needed) The spa is good. I appreciated the reduced price, ability to pay at the end thx to a chip arm-band, they gave me a towel and bathrobe + the hotel and spa are connected through a corridor. I really enjoyed the breakfast + restaurant. Great selection, very good food! The staff are wonderful! They were so kind to me and there seems to be a "family" atmosphere, I really liked that! I always come to Aalen to relax and meet friends. From this year onwards, I'll be staying here. See you next year!

The pressure in the shower was great, but not the tap (room 151). It took forever to fill a glass... The windows leaked with the storm. They fogged on the inside and there was water to clean every morning (guess this will have to be addressed when the hotel is renovated.

Two reception desks are not enough. Also the receptionist we had turned to help the other receptionist while dealing with us. She left us for a good 10 minutes, came back to check us in and then left to help the other one again. I’m not complaining that she helped her colleague but she should have finished checking us in before doing that. Also the check in process seems very slow.

We really enjoyed relaxing in thermal baths in the evening. Would recommend to everyone staying there. It costs extra, but the costs is low. The outside pool is the greatest. Very beautiful and the view there too. The rooms are good, beds are on a harder side. Free parking, wifi, very good spot for a stop during the travels.

Breakfast selection was not so great. Time to think about vegan, gluten free options. More fruits, veggies, some hot porridges, like oat on water. Beds could be more comfortable.

Stayed two nights .Enjoyed the peaceful setting. Comfy beds and a good sleep. We ate in the restaurant ,visited the spa twice ,that was great for us . Hotel provided bathrobes and you use the interconnecting corridor to get to the spa and use the wristbands provided by the hotel where you are charged by how much time you spend there . We found the staff kind and helpful , aĺl in all a very pleasant stay, thankyou.

Ample parking space, being attached to the ‘Thermal bath‘, location being on top of a hillock with a nice view of the city below. The Reception staff is welcoming.

The staff in the restaurant could bring a smile along. It would help if they are trained to believe in Diversity, Equity and inclusion. This was our 2nd visit and the coldness is visible.

After 12 days of exhausting italy roadtrip (6 cities) we stayed here 2 nights to relax and rest on our way back home. The hotel had cosy and comfortable rooms. There is a big free of charge parking space (e-auto charging points available). Good Wifi. Breakfast buffet and area were super. Thermen access through hotel corridor was very nice and easy to use. We will definitely stay here again on our next roadtrip.

We tried the dinner in the hotel restaurant and were not really impressed, but the nearby town offers plenty of good restaurants and they were much better.

The beds were really wide and comfortable. There was water bottles in the room. Staff really nice. Perfect breakfast with pancakes that my child loved the spa has a lot of different pools, saunas and we enjoyed the outside area as well.

The location was a bit remote, but it ensured quiet. Everything was perfect, the cleanliness was as i expected for a 4* hotel, large room and bathroom, automatic roller shutter on the window so you can sleep in the morning as much as you need, varied and rich breakfast, free coffee machine in the room, free bottled water. The whole experience was very pleasant. I was sorry that i didn't have time to use the SPA facilities and thermal baths, but next time i will allocate more time.

The room was not heated when i arrived, but in a maximum of 30 minutes after i turned on the radiators, it was very good.
