Very homely warm hotel with very friendly and helpful staff in quiet part of town. Special mention made of Ramona who went out of her way to make us comfortable on arrival and keen to help with local sightseeing and activities.She is a huge asset to the hotel! The breakfast is super quality and quantity. Enjoyed the restaurant food and atmosphere as well.

Our room 111 was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately the bathroom was connected with very narrow steps which were difficult to use with size 47 feet! The free beer and water on arrival is great,pitty the room has no fridge for cooling of drinks.

Excellent choice of food, and freshly cooked scrambled eggs to order, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurts, cold meats and cheese. The lady in charge was very helpful. That there was a lift to the upper floors. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Easter.

Getting into the hotel on a Sunday evening, I am very short so could not reach the secure key locker, luckily there was a chair nearby that I could use to climb on, to reach the keypad. I am a bit disabled so this took sometime. The card then opened the front door and room door. There weren’t any tea making facilities in the room.

Lovely old hotel with a very good restaurant. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable and a very nice strong shower. This hotel has several electric charging units on their parking, very good when you’re traveling with a electric car and it can charge over night

Charge for dog is expensive €20.- per night. In our case €40.- is a lot of money for the dogs

mixed feeling. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean, cozy and large and there was parking at the hotel. Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff at the buffet. Free beer from the house should not be forgotten. location did not really matter to us since we used the hotel as an overnight stay only.

The restaurant was suddenly closed on Sunday ( was open according to on site documentation) and looking at the recent comments we were not the only ones to face this sudden closure. we wanted a hotel with restaurant so that our baby could sleep in the room during our dinner. Baby bed was available by request from the staff, while entering on Sunday there was no staff available.

The hotel's Bier Keller in the local forest, although the instructions to find it were not that clear on a Sunday when staff were not available in the hotel to direct. The hotel's restaurant was not open on a Sunday but you could get food at the keller which was very busy but still a great experience especially with their own beer, and lovely surroundings.

I loved the fact that it was tucked away in a tiny village, even though it was only a few minutes off the Motorway, you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere . I felt quite envious of the local residents who live there and can enjoy the tranquility and quality of life. As regards the Hotel , a lot of attention was paid to every possible detail, literally every small detail was thought through and presented in a unique way. I was travelling on my own but would definitely come back with my family so that they can enjoy the place.

Nice Gasthof on a good location: not to far from the motorway and nice to walk around the lakes and the castle. They brew several good beers that you have to try. Not all at once!

The family were amazing & looked after our group. We had amazing food & drinks. The room was clean & spacious. We look forward to our next visit
