Room was clean, comfortable and a good size. Free hot drinks available in the lobby. Great idea to give vending machine tokens if you don't need housekeeping service but it needs to be advertised more. Breakfast time and choices also good.

A small safe and extra drinking glasses in the room would have been welcome. Bug screens on the windows would be great.

The staff member I dealt with was incredible. My card didn't work with their machine and he still let us check in. Card didn't work later so I paid through the Booking.com app. The card also didn't work in the next IBIS hotel so its a compatibility issue with IBIS as it worked everywhere else. The staff member was very very cool and understanding though. Free coffee in the lobby.

Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choices.

It would have been better to have a kettle in the room to make tea. However, there were facilities in reception but a bit of a pain to carry hot drinks up to the rooms.

we had to move from one building to the next building to have breakfast and was snowing outside with 2 kids... not the best set-up

the rooms were large, nothing much in them but that what we like room to move around the bed (you could probably drive round it, it’s that big.

Comfy because it was right next to the conference and had breakfast included.

It was clean, modern and silent. We had great steaks at the attached restaurant and the staff was very nice.

The soap in the shower was empty

that the tv turned on automatically when you put in your keycard for electricity and you had to turn it off manually every time

The room was comfortable with a nice bed. At night very quite. The location in good, within minutes you find shops, restaurants and bars
