We went on a day when the hotel was in very big trouble. The system was down and we couldn't check in for a long time, but another guest happened to come outside to smoke, found us in trouble, and explained the situation. . Then, they called in the staff who were staying there temporarily and finally responded. The response after that was wonderful. However, the staff room was in a room that could not be seen from the entrance, and there was no sign on the door that it was a staff room. And they didn't come out even when we were in trouble. I wish they had written something on a piece of paper and posted it saying, ``Please call the staff.''

The hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable and very close to the airport.

The check in can only be made at the check in machine placed in front, but, there is no access to a toilet, i arrived there at 14:20 - and no toilet acces, which is not that great, second, there is a lamp at the small table where you enter the room on the left, the lamp is very bad placed, and after i worked a bit on my laptop, and i got up, i hit the lamp with my head and the lamp broke, luckily i did not got any serious injury just a scratch, the person at the front desk, told me i am the 6th in the last weeks with this, i suggest this has to be changed, before someone gets severally injured .

We have stayed in the hotel before when it was owned by the Ibis Chain and we were pleased that the rooms had been fully refurbished and we're clean, comfortable and modernised since the new owners took over. The location is great as it's a short walk to Dortmund Airport and less than a minutes drive to the motorway.

The electronic booking in machine was difficult to navigate and also the "Breakfast Area" could be made available to guests to relax in the evenings.

The check in was closed till 5 pm and I arrived at 2 pm and no one was there. I wait 3 hours for the check in

This is a transit hotel for short stays, with smaller rooms and not too many amenities, but room was very clean and neat. Spacious enough for one night stay and comfortable beds. Bathroom is quite small but again is you should not expect more from a transit hotel. Cost is very good.

Breakfast needs improvements. Ok, the price asked is fair for what they are offering, but still very few options. WiFi was not working. Connected but without internet access.

The hotel is very close to the airport and suitable for short-term (one or max two nights) stays before/after a flight. The room is small, but has everything necessary. The suite was clean. The room was small and on the first floor, which I wouldn't have liked for a longer stay, but as we stayed for only one night before a flight it didn't matter that much.

There was a weird smell in the hotel, luckily mostly in the corridor and not that sensible in the room.

I loved it. Super clean, rooms are perfect for a good night sleep 15 minutes away from the airport. The bed was really good. You can't expect extra facilities, but the money requested is fair for the price. There was no reception interaction, but the sel check-in machine is doing the job. Just be patient. In the end, the code provided along with the room number is the same to unlock the hotel entrance door. You do not get a bill, but you can request it afterwards via email.

I booked a single room and was given a triple. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet, since the room faced towards a parking lot. Quick check-in and 15 min walk away from the airport. Overall good value for money.

The bed sheets had some stains (they looked clean but after a lot of use some unwashable stains are to be expected) and the shower was a bit small
