Werner the host is perfect in his role. Nothing is too much for him. He literally made my stay the best it could have ever been. The place was clean and welcoming. The coffee perfect, and the food great. What more do you need. Nobody stays in their hotel on holiday. But I could have stayed indoors and chatted with others just as simply as visiting the local sights. It's a well located hotel and I highly recommended it.

There wasn't anything I found that I didn't like. So can't put anything in that category. Everything was perfect.

A very pleasant hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night, and the location was great, close to the highway. My dog (a large one) was also welcome. I recommend it. You have to keep in mind that the street by the hotel is quite busy.

The property had all the amenities we required for our short stay there. The staff and especially Verner, he was very nice, accommodating, helpful and just generally a very pleasant man. If you want a base and a good nights sleep, then this is the place for you. However, if you want 5* luxury for the same price, then this not the place for you. 🙂

The hotel is located adjacent to a really busy rural highway with significant truck traffic. This made it a bit nuisance over night to fall asleep.

The host was great and I like the pride he takes in his work, breakfast was nice too

If you're travelling by train it's a little bit far which might bother some people. I actually walked there (all part of the adventure!) as there's a pedestrian path all the way to the hotel. I think you can get a bus if you don't fancy a walk

Very nicely run hotel with very kind and helpful owners. Very clean and accommodating with large car park.

Close to main road, trucks can be heard passing by at night.

Amazing and friendly host who stayed late because we were running late; good location; clean; warm and soft beds. Recommended for a quick stop and probably even for a longer stay.

Clean and comfortable rooms with possibilities for self catering (fridge, boiler etc), although with shared bathroom and shower. Good and varied breakfast. Very nice and hospitable host. In all, a likeable stay and very good value for the money.

Nice warm welcome by the hosts, you feel like home in this hotel. Rooms equipped in mini fridge, fan, kettle with teas and coffees and even hair dryer! Great secure rooms and main entrance, free big parking on site. On special request they prepared little extra bed for my boy :) Also great location close to highway as we were just stopping for 1 quick night on the way to UK

All was great. The shower had a bit of mould if you want to be very picky.

It’s near the main road and obviously it’s going to be a bit noisy, but that’s why exactly I stopped there , to be able to drive in Köln in the morning for a workshop.
