Huge family room, with separate bedroom kettle and a nice range of teas and helpful small fridge, no freezer compartment. Staff were helpful once we found them. WiFi worked. Nice bakery opposite with great cakes. Didn't have breakfast.. Breakfast available in the hotel 6.30-9am. we didn't understand the timings or if breakfast was included or not. We were kindly given a coffee anyway. I realised our German was a bit rusty on our first day in the country, so that didn't help.

Shower drain was blocked, we did our best to improve with hot water from the kettle, but it floods the floor as doors don't seal well. A little difficult to find parking as the hotel has only a few spaces which were in use. Bell tower nearby has a long peal of bells in the morning. This might be delightful for early risers. Some written instructions in the room about arrangements would be helpful.

The hotel is perfectly located, just off the motorway. Staff was super friendly and they had nice breakfast. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed.

Our room was on the street side, so we were disturbed by the traffic noise. The room didn't have air conditioning. It was a hot night and we had the window open.

Everything, nice and tidy. Room and bathroom very clean, everything perfectly functioning. The staff very kind and exhaustive with our requests.Very welcoming with my dog, which is not something always granted. Carpark by the premises. The restaurant was cute and airy rich in choices, german standard plus continental standard. Fresh made, tasty and plentiful. Lovely area with refurbished XVIII century’s old houses around. Amazing the bakery on the other side of the street! At 150 mt, there is a the mediaeval church and around a court with what is left from the ancient suburb, a little group of wooden houses from the XV-XVI centuries, totally refurbished, absolutely a lovely discovery! Our room needed a bit of extra maintainance, there was some wall paper detached from the wall. All the rest ok.

We booked late and arrived just before checkin. The accommodation was clean and spacious. Having a bedroom with the apartment when travelling as a family is a bonus. We will stay again. Staff for the evening checking and morning checkout were polite and helpful - 5 stars for them! Bonus: parking by the property and a bakery across the road!

We checked into this hotel on the evening of 26.12. There was no staff at the hotel, but we contacted the hotel representative by phone and took the key to the room in the box. The overnight stay in this hotel was comfortable! Clean, warm and quiet ☺️

Hotel located 2 minutes from the motorway in a quiet neighborhood. Enough parking space . Staff friendly and helpful, helped us with a special request! Well done 👍. Dogs allowed. Very good breakfast, wide range of selection

Room we stayed in was a bit dated,not the one from the photo,but still clean. Maybe because we have had a dog with us? Restaurant was closed for the hotel guests on the day of arrival, but luckily there is another one opposite, which was open.

A quite place both outside and inside, a spacious room with exceptionally warm and soft pillows and quilts, a nice size shower, and a large tv set.And there is a lift, which is important if you arrive with suitcases.

Perhaps the parking lot could have been signposted (it does not clearly say where you can park and I had to phone the hotel to get the directions. If you arrive in rain, beware of the mud in the parking space, otherwise it seems to be a safe place to leave your car.

Clean and comfortable, staff were fabulous and very helpful.

Someone had been smoking in one of the rooms and the corridor had a very strong odour of cigarettes. No fault of the hotel.

The breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable the staff were without exception helpful, cheerful and welcoming. I can't fault a single thing with this hotel!

That was our second stay at hotel and once again above expectation. Super clean and quiet hotel and the small cooler in the room for drinks was a nice surprice. We will book again to stay for a night at our return journey from holiday.
