I liked that it was clean. It’s very basic facilities but we only needed for sleep. It didn’t have a tea or coffee making in the room but because the food drink section was open all night you could get hot water whenever you wanted which was great. The staff were so nice and helpful too.

Hotel at autobahn car stop. Though we can see many cars passing by our hotel room window at highspeed, it’s surprisingly quiet. Standard but clean hotel room. No carpets and that’s what I like! Parking possible either at the car stop or when arriving from the other direction going through the village of Rhynern. It’s at the very very end behind some small forest.

A sign „hotel reception“ would be nice because it’s actually right next to the car stop snack counter. and not on hotel‘s ground floor as usual.

Excellent location just off the motorway. Cheap, quiet and comfortable room perfect for 1 night stay. Food was actually much better than you could expect from motorway services. Staff spoke English so there were no issues with communication. This was our second time and , like previously, it didn't disappoint. There is a cheeky shortcut behind the hotel towards nearby city (Hamm) not requiring you to return to motorway, where you can refuel significantly cheaper than on a motorway (about 5 minutes by car to Shell petrol station).

First time checking in wasn't the most intuitive as you are doing it at a desk located in a restaurant. Now, when you know that though ... :) . I wouldn't say I didn't like it - more of a note for future guests to avoid confusion when you're half awake after a long drive.

We stayed in this hotel twice. Location is excellent as it’s very close to the motorway. Despite that the hotel is very quiet. The room is basic, beds are very comfortable and the bunk beds are nice size. The only thing I could complain about is the cleanliness of the carpets. There was lots of dust and dirt. Other than that rooms are very clean. Finding the reception was a bit confusing as its located in the restaurant attached to the hotel. We opted in for the hotel breakfast which was very nice and reasonably prices.

Comfortable with good wifi. Convenient location if you're in the middle of a journey as it's just off the motorway. A great breakfast for 13 euros each. Luckily we had a room on the side of the hotel not facing the motorway - I'd imagine it's pretty noisy if you're on the other side.

It was hard to find at first because we came off the junction just before (heading east), and drove through the town. We put the address into the GPS but this only took us so far. It would be worth having a sign at the bottom of the road that approaches the hotel form that side.

Close to road 2, i was deiving from the UK, Calais to Warsaw.. that was the first stop. I loved the area, so close to the road.easy access. I do recommend to those who travvels long way and need just to sleep in a clean, peasful property Will book next my trip as well indeed

The family room was very clean. Towels and hair/body wash was provided in the room. Perfect location. Nice staff. Breakfast with extra money from 4.30 am.

Getting to reception was little too confusing between McDonald and cafe shop.

Fantastic and welcoming staff speaking a bit of Polish and very good English. Clean facilities, quiet room in spite of the hotel being located close to the motorway. We had a good sleep.

The air conditioning blew cold air only and there was an unpleasant smell in the toilet.

We liked the location and the room size. We have stayed as a couple in a family room though - there was no other rooms available at time of booking.

We stayed in a room on a ground floor and we found quite a lot of ants around. Migrating ants can be easily managed; it would be great if the hotel management put extra attention to a pest control.

Convenient location, EV charger, dining, too Was spacious and couldn’t hear any noise from motorway outside.

Decor a little tired in places but did not affect our stay as it was a stop over whilst travelling.
