Location good, easy walk to town centre, nice views of park opposite, lots of planting in grounds. Public car park adjacent excellent value at 2 euros per day. Room was good, bed & pillows very comfortable, bathroom good with walk in shower. Staff all very pleasant and helpful, nice terrace to eat outside in sunny weather. Breakfast buffet was very good. Restaurant was fine and we found it convenient.

Choice in restaurant was fairly limited but I enjoyed the asparagus which was excellent.

Location is superb. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast is included and was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Not much material is presented in English and relied on local friends to assist with language.

I booked a particular breakfast on the booking.com the hotel confirmed. When we arrived and the manager translated the reply for us it was about a bed. Of note if u make a special request it is confirmed I would email the staff there

The room we had was massive with a wet room instead of the typical shower bathroom. The beds were big and comfortable. We ate at the hotel and the food was amazing and the staff was very good.

I spent just one night. All very tidy, nice room, bed was good, dinner was delicious, breakfast was good, easy parking (free of charge until 09.00 AM). Little walk to city center, I think a nice small town (at night everything was closed).

Easy parking (and for free), spotless clean, spacious room, very good airco, strong water pressure in the shower, good breakfast, comfy bed.

huge room with massive windows, modern furnishings, sitting area, very clean new carpet, big comfortable bed, huge bathroom, great wet room shower, very cheap municipal outdoor parking outside the hotel - EUR 2 for 24hrs! Free parking from 18pm-8am. Breakfast plentiful and good quality although scrambled eggs were cold

lack of tea/coffee making facility in the room, but the helpful reception staff organised a hot water flask/jug so I could make my own tea

The beds were too soft. The rooms weren’t very cosy, nor were the bar, lounge and dining room.

Fabulous place to stay in the beautiful town of Soest. Facilities and staff were all amazing
