The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet, the breakfast (which was included) was fantastic, incredible value ... very friendly staff ... although the hotel was located somewhere else than I expected, it met my needs, as I used it mainly for the night/sleep & breakfast - drive to where I needed to be was same distance

The location was unexpectedly somehow more remote than I expected - not close to city-center, but sleepy little suburb/industrial area ... but still easily reachable

I was for a week there with my colleagues we had a medical conference . The people working in the Hotel are really friendly , very welcoming and nice❤️ The Room is so clean and the breakfast was delicious and you have a lot of variety to choose 🤩 For the dinner there is 2 restaurants near the hotel And a bus station directly in front of the Hotel Thank you guys and until next time 👋🏻🙏🏻

I liked the comfortability of the rooms, General cleanness, neatness , breakfast and and too cheap compared to the service delivery offered. The customer care was the best among all and so friendly.

Transport means especially at night hours to this place it's so hard, but the best when driving and compared to the sounding hotels.

Adequate accomodation for motor biking over night stop. Good breakfast which was included in the very reasonable price.

Evening resturant closed but as informed there is a resturant/ bar across the road that serves take away style food.

Great location for visiting the lakes and dams

Staff only available in the morning but wasnt a problem , no evening meal but local restaurant was 100ft away,

Breakfast was ok without being exceptional. Location was further out of town than ideal but the bus service into Arnsberg was good. The room was very spacious and clean

The bed was a bit soft and the pillows were hopeless. We put cushions underneath them.

Price, breakfast decent. Parking front of house. Busstop in front of hotel. Restaurants around.

Location, not much around. Toilet was very tiny. Sink was outside bathroom and toilet.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They speak not only german but also Russian too.... The hotel is very clean... I definately reccomend any one who wants to stay longer too....

The walls are so thin and can hear other rooms noices...

Room was comfortable and big enough, towels and bed sheets were clean with a good smell. Breakfast was good: boiled eggs, fresh tomatoes, a variety of cereals, cheese, bacon and different types of bread. Fruits. Coffee and tea. The bus stop is just opposite.

A bit far from the old town

easy to find, ideal location in Germany for site seeing the dams and areas of nature, good price for what was offered, decent breakfast.

we stayed for two of the hottest days of the year and for the cost of the hotel we did not expect air conditioned rooms but it would have been good to have an electric fan to provide some comfort on a hot, sticky night
