We stayed in one of the boarding rooms, means we had a little kitchen, living space and bed room. Everything was very clean and nicely designed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with several choices of bread, cereals, oats, cheese, cold cuts, eggs and several coffee and tea options. Everyone was extremely friendly. The room did not come with an ironing board and iron but it was provided to us immediately when we asked for one. Plenty of free parking and only a short walk to old town Soest

The location was near the train station which made it a little noisy in the summer when the windows were open. But that was to be expected.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, simple check in, near the station, large room with super windows, vending machines. All good.

Mattress a bit firm for me, and there was a hair on the pillow ..

Modern conveniences. Useful design touches like recessed shower floor and door, under floor heating, electric window blinds, etc.

A bathtub would've been nice.

It was a clean room. Breakfast was good.

As the city is quite deserted at night time and on certain days restaurants are closed, it would be nice if I at least could make a cup of koffie or tea to fill my belly. I consider this as a minimum ( to which this hotel is obviously aiming) to a home feeling in a hotel room.,

Room are great but to expensive for this location directly on the railway. Too much noise with open windows. The train is driving directly through your room.

Room, WIFI, design very good. Automatic Check-In works very good.

Breakfest is not served at Saturday, Sunday and Monday. No information about this before arrival. No refiueled shower gel at arrival and no one to fill it in at Sunday evening. No refill afer room cleaning and shower cleaning. Refiled on request at recepton at Monday afternoon.

Although it is near the train station, you can't hear the noise. The room is quiet and well-decorated. The staff are super nice and friendly. They offered a lot of help and convenience for me. I appreciate it.

Room was very large

No tea or coffee facilities in the room, no aircon, only one small bottle of water provided for 2 people for 4 days. It therefore felt overpriced.

I could not tell we're was the main entrance, and It wasn't mentioned that there is a machine for booking if I knew that would be very much easier.
