The building was attractive and interesting. The room was comfortable, and it was very nice to have the swimming pool to unwind. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was good - interesting choices for vegetarians, and the breakfast buffet selection was extensive and excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

An extra charge to park in the hotel carpark when you are a guest seems a little unreasonable, and I had to go back to Reception twice with my exit ticket as the barrier rejected it and they had to open it manually. A small irritation.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable rooms. We stayed in the old wing, but the quality of the renovations was impressive. Fabulous breakfast in a very attractive restaurant, converted from the former farm building. Professional service from the staff. You can walk straight from the hotel into the beautiful Kurpark. Town centre is 5 -10 minutes walk away.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything was to the highest standard. Good parking, excellent dinner, excellent breakfast. Staff we friendly and efficient. The room was very comfortable.

Only complaint is that they had a wierd way of serving fried eggs at breakfast where they cooked them in large batches and then served them up resulting in long waits and the first being overcooked!

Nice quiet spacious room with good beds. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening. The provided baby bed was good. We appreciated the free bathrobes and entry to the swimming pool. A good and secure parking. Very friendly and service minded staff. Last but not least, the breakfast is a solid 10/10!

Room cleaning service should improve. Also, drinking water should be provided every day instead of only on the first day. Cant understand the psyche of hotels forcing guests to pay for drinking water

I've been many times before but the last time was 2012. I was impressed with the way it has been redeveloped into a very modern hotel.

The pillow in the bedroom was far too soft. If I had been staying longer I would have needed extra. Perhaps the hotel should be putting 2 pillows per bed as the default?

This hotel has always been my go-to choice when I go for a business trip in Soest. Very nice and clean rooms, staff has been extremely helpful, the restaurant is very very good.

The parking lot is a bit too small and does not have sufficient spaces for all guests.

Everything was fabulous. The place, the room, the sauna, the pool. So many micro zones for different types of time spent.

I didn't like that I couldn't reserve things coz no one replied to my calls... And way too long on msg here in Booking.

Clean tidy well laid out. Great spa and swimming pool with plenty of beds to relax on. Excellent breakfast. Staff were efficient. Pretty little town focussing on spa leisure
