It’s a design interior with beautiful photography art, very comfortable rooms and spacious common areas. Gym has aerobic machines and free weights! There is a sauna also. Breakfast was superb! Outside there is nice area with shops and restaurants, and cross the street there is an access to the lake. I took a run around the lake - it was 2.5 miles and really wonderful! These is more restaurants around the lake. There are 2 grocery stores within a short walk from the hotel. The place has limited parking spots in the front, but then there’s a a lot in 100 meters. We really enjoyed our stay 😊

One night stay on road trip from UK visiting a friend in Dortmund. Auto check in worked OK. Pleasant room, comfy bed. Our rooms were over the road from the church whose 7am bells woke me for the day a bit earlier than was ideal (note: don't leave the windows open!). Didn't take breakfast. Managed to park outside the hotel for free and the staff allowed us to leave two cars after we checked out while we walked to the PACE automobile museum. Other parking was over the road and 4 Euros for 24 hours. Walking distance to the lake front bars and restaurants.

Every aspect of the facility met or exceeded our expectation EXCEPT that Room 001 (which is located in the basement) was very dark, and for some reason, too warm. The room itself was quite, very nice, but needs either much better lighting or a lighter wall paint given its location. Breakfast, housekeeping, room comfort, and hotel location were great. Recommend.

Room lighting and warm temperature. The AC control didn't seem to function at all. We requested a portable AC fan, which was promptly delivered.

Looks super nice with the dark walls and lights. Nice ambiance. Extremely clean. Very comfortable bed. Fluffy towels. Nice tub and shower. Great Minibar. Parking nearby with an electric charger.

There was no staff waiting for reception. It was not possible to book breakfast or pay in advance though booking. There could be more options for cold cuts like ham for example. The orange juice could be fresh. Maybe some pancakes? Only one rug for both the tub and the shower. There could be more space for luggage (2 adults and a toddler made the room feel cramped)

This hotel exceded our expectations in any aspect. It used to be a traditional Rure house converted into a small hotel. We booked a family room that turned out to be a loft, very specious and charming. The rooms and the bathroom were impacable. The beds, linens and lightning in the rooms are cozy and comfy. There are a lot of sunshine coming into the rooms. U can make a coffee in the room or have a tea. The overall impression is 10/10.

Staff went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. The rooms were immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. At first the giant bathtub in the middle of the room looked out of place, but ended up being the best part. LOVED the Tons of scalding, hot water and free bubble bath. Made this room Awesome. After a long flight, I could soak in the hot bubble bath while watching TV. Love, love, love the hot bubble bath! LOVED how CLEAN everything was. you won’t find a better hotel! The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. For example, they make sure you have a little goodie bags in the room with razors and toothbrushes and shampoo and conditioner, and Q-tips they even leave you a box of chocolate and fresh bath robes. One of the unique things that I liked was when I left for the day and came back later that night. The cleaning lady went in and cleaned my room immaculately she even organized all of my make up and junk food that I left, scattered all over. :)

sorry, no matter how hard I try I really can’t think of anything that I did not like. Everything was perfect.

I liked the location, the facilities, the cleanliness, arrangement, and aesthetics of the room.

The automatic check-in was not very clear, I think some instructions telling how and where to place the RFID key would be very helpful. I stayed during a very warm day and there is no AC so I didn't sleep very well because of the warmth.

Nice room, well decorated and comfy bed. even had a full size bath at the end of the bed. staff were friendly and helpful.

the room is far too small to have a full size bath at the end of the bed. chique but ridiculous. parking is limited at certain times of day, and was awoken first by the church bells directly opposite at 7am and then a stream of delivery vehicles outside the window for the next hour. I'd rather have had the room in the picture.

We ordered a baby bed, but when I entered my room there was no baby bed and there was no one in the building who I could ask. I called directly and they tried to help me. In 20 minutes they arrived and brought a baby bed in our room. Thanks for that!

The room was great, beautifully decorate and sober. The bed was very comfortable. The "bathroom" was clean. We appreciated the complimentary food and beverages provided in the fridge. The hotel was quiet and the staff friendly. I'd recommend the place and would definitely come back. Thank you.

The shower is straight in the bedroom which doesn't give any privacy. There were not that many parking spots and they were really narrow.
