The staff were super friendly. I loved how clean the room was, The room was well furnished and equipped (hair dryer, a kettle, TV and a bottle of water..). I especially loved having a kettle in the room. You don't know how helpful it is when you crave hot tea at night! The late welcoming check-in is exceptional. I didn't have to worry about arriving on time 👌 There is a Rewe store nearby, and the U-Bahn station is 4 minutes walk. All that with a very reasonable price as well. I would definitely come back to this hotel!

Nothing. I was on the third floor, and the elevator didn't work all the time. For me, it was okay, but if you hate using the stairs, it may be something to consider.

Nice Hotel very close to U-bahn and Dortmund center. So I could get very well around. The room was clean and had discent amount of space, considering price and place.

Unfortunately no breakfast option was avaliable, but one could use bakery gust around the corner. Parking was challanging, as there are no dedicated parking area, and that district is packed very densely with the cars. There are even less parking areas where the car can be kept at during the working hours. The sound insulation could be a bit better, but as there are only few room at the single flour, is not a really big issue.

The hotel is in a nice residential area close to supermarket and restaurants. In local train is easy to arrive to the main station in around 15 min.

The reception opens at 2:00pm, it is not possible to leave your bags at the hotel before the check in

The size of the room, very comfortable bedding, a good sized Büro to work on, electric power around the room; well lit bathroom of a very comfortable size ( no storage space, though). Very nice personnel. Near restaurants and bars, not far from public transports.

Absolutely amazing option for such a reasonable price. The room was small but super clean, with hair dryer and 3 fresh towels. It was warm, and warm water was available in the shower. The receptionist was nice and he spoke English.

The pillow was too much soft, almost flat

Receptionist boy (unfortunately i dont remember the name) was super friendly and super helpful. He took care of my bags and waited for us after his working hours to return our baggage. The manager of the hotel was also so cool. Thank you

Clean space, very comfortable bed, enough wall sockets to charge all my devices, gorgous bathroom, strong wifi, and a very cute and kind lady at the reception who explained me everything I needed to know.

The furniture in the room might be considered a little bit aged but it was perfectly functional and clean.

Not a new building, some rooms are furnished in an older stlye - but def clean.
