the city itself is a bit nasty, big chihuahua like rats through the streets combined with worn down people, the woman were not hiding their gigantic bouncy chests and saw many free clits it was disgusting the people there have no dignity

This is a pleasant hotel with pleasant staff on the upper floors of a large building. Pleasant easy to use lifts available Good sized room.

The hotel is in a good central location and a short walk to/from the rail station but is not very easy to find, The only presence on the street is a small glass door leading to a small lobby and the lift. Number is on door but few other entrances have numbers. Easy to miss (as we did) if one is on the opposite side of the street.

The friendliness of the staff at check-in was very welcoming. We arrived early, and they kept our luggage so we could venture around and get lunch..

Only small observations that WONT stop me from staying there again The locations of the power outlets in the room wasn't good. No fridge was in the room, although there was a hole for it. The air conditioner wouldn't get the room very cold but did keep it cool.

Location was good.

The staff wasn’t informed about any services. But there was a woman from who knows everything. A lot thanks to her. The entrance to the hotel was one step higher, and the baby carriage was difficult to lift.

Great location right in city center close to shops and restaurants as well as Dortmund HBF and several ubahn stations. Great sized room for solo traveler, full sized bed, good sized bathroom and very clean.

Amazing location centre of the city and very friendly staff and place is clean room service is superb and warm and heated rooms.. All essentials are provided well.. Recommend to everyone to stay while your visit in dortmund

Met all of my needs, excellent location, the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Shout out to Vanessa who epitomised the level of customer service provided.

Location and cleanliness were excellent.

We paid for our 11 year old kid as well but didn't get an extra bed or bigger room. Hence it seemed a bit costly and not so much value for money

Rooms were perfect for our requirements. Breakfast also very good.

It might have been nice to have a couple of English speaking news channels on the tv. Not essential but it would have been handy.

Very central location and spacious comfortable room with two easy chairs.

Although our room did not look out onto the street, it was fairly noisy due to the ventilation units on nearby buildings.
