Breakfast was excellent. Terrific choice and very good quality. There was something there for everyone. We particularly enjoyed the muesli, with selection of toppings. The location couldn't have been better, just round the corner from the Football Museum and 5 minutes walk from Hauptbahnhof. Also, it was very quiet.

Our room was not very practical. For example, the electric sockets were difficult to access and all in the same place. We couldn't have the kettle on and charge the phone at the same time, because the sockets were needed for the lamp, fridge and fan. There was limited storage space in the bathroom, owing to a lack of shelves.

All you need for a nice trip, no matter for fun or work, it is .Great breakfast and excellent coffee :)).Helpful and kind staff .There was inner paid parking and lots of spots on the streets around,also paid .But still, you have opportunities. The hotel is close to the central rail station, close to the old part ,close to some museums too.Plenty of cafes, restaurants ,shops and things to see around .I would recommend it without hesitations.

My room was facing the main street, so it wasn't absolutely quiet, but it wasn't bad at all ,soo no big deal.

We arrived very late and really appreciated the 24/7 reception and the private parking. The room was large and comfortable, the bathroom very clean with a spacious shower. We really enjoyed the breakfast and good morning coffee, and the ladies in the dining room were super friendly.

No AC in the room. Upon arrival the receptionist said there is a fitness area. But in the morning another receptionist explained that the gym is actually in the city cetre. The area was quite dodgy if you go for a run in the neighbourhood.

Very convenient location in relation to the railway station and the main commercial street of the city. Clean, tidy. Excellent breakfast with a good variety of dishes, good coffee. Friendly staff who respond quickly to questions asked. For example, you can leave luggage after checking out of the room or take an extra blanket. The narrow lift is not a hindrance. Clean towels, clean glass, disposable slippers. Safe and small fridge. WI-FI. Nice hotel.

Centrally located, friendly staff, great breakfast (and available for a big period of time, 4.5 hours on weekends, 3.5hr rest of the week), nice rooms.

not great soundproofing, my room was farthest from the street, but nearby club sounds could still reach it (not enough to prevent me from sleeping). Also, for me personally - the bed was too soft

We arrived at 5am after driving from Ukraine with passengers and pets going to the Uk. We were all exhausted after being on the road for two days and although our checkin wasn’t until 2pm these amazing staff rearranged and let us in so we could all rest and they were honestly just brilliant. So happy to help us. We left early next morning at 5am they arranged takeaway breakfast for us and went over and above to make sure our stay was really as pleasant as possible.

Nothing this was great value for money

The location is very good. 5 minute walk from the train station. Another 5 minute walk to a huge pedestrian area with shopping and food.

The hotel is on a street that I all the locals park on to go to the pedestrian area. That said, if your room is on the front of the hotel it is a bit noisy with cars and people all hours of the day and night.

the location was perfect, check in and check out was great. Breakfast staff were very accommodating and friendly. Thank you to the young girl who made my coffee every morning and remembering myself and my husbands order 🤗 We will return to The Grey ❤️

Everything. Great value, delicious breakfast, pleasant staff, location, style, cleanliness. One night city budget stays do not get better than this.

Not really a problem and I could have said something but next time, I will ask for a room which doesn't have the bright hotel sign directly outside the window!

Perfect location, only 5 minutes from Central Station. Quiet location. Very clean room and bath, clean towels, clean glass. Nice design of the room. Excellent breakfast.

Although of good quality the bed was quite small for two people. No Air condition- Problem in summer. The elevator is extremely slow.
