Simplistic hotel (almost all all facilities are in another building at some walking distance). But the room were really nice, clean and comfortable. This seemed about the right quality/price ratio in this area (about 100€+VAT). No noise. Breakfast was really good for me (fruits, bread, croissants, eggs, ham, cheese, etc., coffee including expresso), and in a very nice restaurant room.

Be aware that the reception and breakfast are in another building located at ~250m. We knew this beforehand and this was hence perfectly OK for us. The area is a nice commercial district that is perfect during day and busy hours, although it is less nice at night (some homeless people).

I stayed for one night and it was most enjoyable! Staff friendly, cleaning staff friendly, ultra-modern rooms with sufficient storage space and a safe. Excellent bathroom/shower facilities, comfortable bed, a nice desk and television, as well as working WiFi with password on the room card. Just a really perfect stay.

Personally, I liked everything and had no issues! For people who might be a bit more picky: - It can be a bit noisier on weekends with cars/partying people on the streets, although I don't mind that. - You do have to check in at a different building 3-5mins away, but I don't find that too much of an issue :)

The breakfast is delicious with different types of bread, croissants and salty and sweet options. The location of the hotel is really convenient with a short distance to the centre and shopping area and the central train station. It is quiet and my single bedroom was spacious (even for 2 guests). On the first floor, it is the reception, the restaurant and a balcony to relax or smoke.

It would be nice to have tourist information with maps in English (the only available leaflets were in German about the public transport)

I was there for one night, i went to watch a BvB game. The hotel is only a few meters for the train station, close to the market and close to StadtBahn. Staff was very helpful and gentle. The area is quiet and the room was comfortable with a nice bathroom. In the middle of the night i needed a bottle of water and there was available at the reception, so i did not have to go outside.

I found extreme that someone has to pay 14 euros per day for breakfast, but it is general policy in Germany, probably for tax reasons. There are many places where you can get cheaper breakfast. But if you think that it is an amount of money that you are willing to spend anyway, then give a try at hotel's breakfast.

Love the fact it was right in the heart of the city and the facilities were great.

Our entrance was across the road from the drug rehab centre and there were lots of people doing drugs outside the building.

Cozy and stylish hotel. Comfortable room, everything is very clean. Great location in the heart of Dortmund, a minute walk from the metro station and 7 minutes to the main Hbf station. The great cafe where you can have breakfast, always find tea, coffee and snacks, and work if needed.

I needed to stay one more night, the room price at the front desk was more expensive than when I booked on booking.com

Only concern would be some kind of homeless shelter opposite the hotel when you leave, never had any trouble or saw any issues, just something to be aware of if this worries you.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional, with luxurious rooms and impeccable service throughout our visit.

However, we noticed that the reception staff could be more welcoming and attentive, which slightly detracted from an otherwise fantastic experience.

Very nice room. Comfort bed. Clean sheets etc. Nice handwash. Soft towels. Easy access to internet in both buildings.

Reception and keys were available in the other building. This information should have been provided before arrival to avoid walking around the city. Shampoo missing ;(

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to eat and drink close to the hotel and it was handy for some of the tourist attractions of Dortmund

It was not a major problem but the hotel having two sites meant that breakfast etc was served at the other site, so some tea/coffee facilities would have been nice.
