Very well positioned in the city center, few meters away from the central station, it was perfect for an airport city break

If your room is close to the elevator, you will hear it at night. I woke up about five times during the night because of the noise, but if you are far from it, you may not hear it.

This hotel was so convenient, directly across the road from the train station which also has the subway. Perfect for any football fan, football museum is beside the hotel and a Dortmund fc Fanshop! There’s also a bar inside the hotel. You get so much value for the low price point they offer. A plus is the hallways here are also quiet.

The check in was straightforward, desk was available 24h. The people in the reception were extremelly nice and competent. They have a bar also open 24h. The room was clean and minimally furnished. Temperature well regulated

There is no direct lift to the 5th floor, have to take it to the 4th and then stairs up. Lift was anyhow small and snapy, quite old. The beds were much too soft, and even if we booked a double bed, we got 2 individual beds put together, which separated all the time. In the bathroom there were small details, as the baseboard fo the shower open, or a very noisy air extractor. Not real issues, but things that if I was at home, I would repair. The room looked a like empty, a bit strange.

The staff was nice and professional

The door lock didn't work , and i woke up with someone from the staff opening my room without a key, I also checked and indeed the door didn't lock when closed. But the staff immediately moved me to a different room witch made it ok 👍

Very nice service, very good breakfast, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, and 2 minutes from the central station.

The remote control od the tv-set doesn't work. The wi-fi is week.

Location was great. Right across from the train station, close to dining and shopping. Room was spacious, spotless, comfortable. Staff was pleasant. Bar area was nice.

No fridge in the room. Curtains didn’t completely close to keep out light. Breakfast was rather pricey.

for the location and the price it felt like a 4 star. It is a two star but is right across the railway station and the cost was less than 60 euro. So taking that into consideration it was a good value for money

Noise from the elevator seems to propagate through the whole building...a bit annoying

Location is excellent for the main train station, access to the city centre and German Football Museum. Staff were great!

Nothing all good. We had to leave early so didn't try the breakfast.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The rooms are large with a large bathroom. One can have breakfast in the morning, which can be bought on the spot. The food is varied and excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is across a railway station and a bus station, so you can quickly get around wherever needed.
