Modern, quiet studios, large TV, free coffee and candy :) The Romanian girl from reception was friendly and helpful. Location is good, max 10 mins walk from Dortmund pedestrian center and rail station.

Slow wifi, with captive portal. Breakfast rather repetitive but problably most stays are for 1-2 nights...so that won't change. Paid for late check-out but nobody knew we had it, they called to vacate the room at 1 PM then asked for payment again when checking out... No free umbrellas to borrow, so we had to take one from the rental machine (2 euros) but forgot to bring it back in 48 hrs so it taxed my card with 20 euros...now I have a Residence Inn-branded umbrella, shouldn't I be the one getting paid for the free marketing I will be doing? :)

Really great hotel. Lovely breakfast (and we enjoyed free hot chocolate in the evening too), close to the town centre and the metro and friendly staff. We had a big studio room with a large double and a comfy sofa bed in a separate area of the room. I stayed with my teenage son and we both felt we had enough privacy/space. The bathroom was really clean with a great shower and good products. We didn't use the little kitchen area but if we had stayed a bit longer this would have been great.

I thought everything was good - if I had to come up with something - complimentary biscuit/water in the room would have been a lovely touch or maybe a connection with local restaurants?

The room was well equipped, spacious, and includes a very nice kitchen, packed with everything you need( and i mean that cause we’be been in similar hotel rooms but the accessories,pans, etc were missing). I must say this was also a best deal for us. It was closer to main attractions and central train station, and located in a new building neighborhood. We’d wish to find these types of hotels rooms everywhre in Europe but unfortunately these are quite rare. Of course, there are apartments for rental but the cleaning is nowhere nearly to a hotel and usaully we allways find a mismatch between the posted pictures and reality.

Breakfast was great. Nice variety

There is far too little seating for guests to have breakfast. We went for breakfast at 08:30. At times, nearly 20 people were standing around waiting for a table. I suggest implementing a scheduled breakfast system to prevent this. The placement of the breakfast items was also completely illogical, causing further confusion in the small space. The bread is at the end of the table, while all the spreads and butter are in the middle. Guests collect a plate, move past the butter and spreads to get bread, and then have to double back to put spreads and butter on it, squeezing back into the queue of people to do this. Not very clever...

Perfect location for station, tube & city centre and getting to the football stadium. Room was large with very comfortable bed and sofa bed. We spent quite a lot of time in the hotel due to my partner having a recent stroke so we were unable to do alot of things we had planned so just rested in the room. Great how could cast to the TV to stream films etc. Great facilities for preparing your own food and a couple of supermarkets about a minute walk away. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Also used Moxy next door for a drink if we didn't feel like going far. Nice food in there too.

Paid an extra €20 to check out at 2pm. From 11.30 until we left at 2.....there were around 6 or 7 different people knocking on the door to clean the room. Would have been nice if there was some communication that we had the late check out so we wasn't constantly disturbed.

Great value for a price. The hotel is located within a short walking distance from the train station. Room exceeded our expectations, it was very clean and big, with fully equiped kitchen area. Bed was very comfortable. They also had a coffee maker at the room which was nice, and you can make a free coffee or tea 24/7 at the reception area, which is very nice and handy after walking around the city. Very nice breakfast with the selection of fruits and pastries.

Breakfast area was crowded during 8:30-10:00, it was difficult to find a table and people were taking plates with food to rooms. However in the elevators there was a warning about that, recommending to come for breakfast earlier.

Elegant rooms, attentive staff, and excellent breakfast, laundry room for long stays, gym, and the room has its own kitchen with all appliances included.

Parking within the hotel is limited, and long-term parking outside is prohibited due to regular police monitoring. Guests must seek alternative options such as paid street parking (free from 7 PM to 7 AM and all day on Sundays) or nearby private lots.

Very well situated, 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Modern and cozy, clean and the staff was amazing, responding excellent to our needs. Room was equipped with everything you would need, spacious and really nice. Our flight was at 20:30 and after checkout they kept our luggage for 6 hours free of charge.

The room temperature was 17 degrees when we checked in and it took more than one day with full on heat to reach 22. The drain in the bathroom was not working well and the floor was wet for some time after a shower.

Perfect for a three day trip to the Christmas Markets of Dortmund. Location is perfect, city centre is only 5 minutes walk. Superclean room, good breakfast and mint facilities.

If we need to mention one thing it has to be Club Moog. We heard some music during friday and saturday night. Running to 6am. We were on the outer ring of the building on the 6th floor. If you are a light sleeper and staying over the weekend I would suggest to request a request a room on the inner side of the complex.

Pro: big room with fully equipped kitchen (included even a dishwasher), big fridge, big screen TV. Good air conditioning. Good breakfast with a lot of choices. Good location, close to city center, public transport & main train station.

Cons: Wi-Fi ok but not excellent, 1 of the 2 elevators was down for a couple of days, sometimes when you go to have an early breakfast not all options are already available overall a good impression, I would go again...
