Nice practical rooms, pleasantly decorated, with a Nespreso coffee machine in every room. It was very clean and tidy. Welcomed with a complimentary water. Also nice was the option to choose between IT, French, German, Turk, English breakfast.

- didn’t include any real vegetarian options - they would just remove the salami and not add any cheese - the rooms in the UG are loud in the morning - no luggage storage available - the complimentary toiletries are the cheapest soap and shower gel

Excellent location, reasonable price, easy access, clean.

The major disadvantage is that the toilet is next to the bed, literally, separated only by a light sliding screen, witch is quite challenging if you share the room with another person. There is coffee maker in the room but you have to bring your own coffee:-( Would be good to know in advance.

The room is simple but I stayed only one night as I attended an event close by. The stuff is helpful, they are replying to all enquiries in timely manner via email and are super helpful. I left my charger in the room, they found it and agreed to ship it to my home address.

Located in a pretty good spot in the city, close both to the Central Station and/or to the Westfalenhallen. Online check-in was smooth and quick, the room was clean, cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was rich, fresh and good.

The (family) room was very large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and fresh. So nice we can choose our breakfast daily. The staff was very friendly and always smiling. We arrived after 2pm so we received clear and easy instructions with codes for the self check-in. Within walking distance to the city centre.

No lift. For us it was not a problem. For some guests it might be an issue, just to let them know.

A lovely little hotel, situated perfectly near a subway station and within walking distance from the city center. 24 hour check-in is extremely convenient. The hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. The area is very quiet and pleasant. I recommend the italian restaurant next to the hotel - not expensive and very tatsy.

All TV channels are in German, but this appears to be a nationwide issue...

Perfect location in the heart of Dortmund, a very nice neighbourhood with cool restaurants. Room was clean and had a nice bathroom / shower.

No bedside lamps so reading in bed was not possible. Breakfast was added as an extra of €15, a bit expensive.

The breakfast was excellent. We ordered the German, Turkish and Greek breakfast for the three of us. And frankly the breakfast surpassed our expectations. The rooms were spacious. Although, we couldn't get nearby rooms for the 3 of us, the rooms in itself were nice and comfy.

We couldn't get the attached rooms. The lights in to the bathroom/shower were difficult to find. In one of our rooms, the bathroom and the shower were separate.

Room was very quiet, facing the back garden. Facilities were nice, everything needed, clean and tidy. Self check-in via code was very convenient.

Great place near to where all my Dortmund friends live and some of the pubs we go in had a great stay will be staying there again next time we come over for a BvB game.
