Very good, professional and kind service. The top level communication and friendliness of the staff working at the hotel. Excellent location. Rooms clean and tidy and compared to other hotels great value for money. I will surely have no doubts to recommend that hotel further and won’t be looking to find any other hotel for my next visit in the city.

It was perfectly positioned for walks to the Westfalenpark and Westfalenhallen and even downtown is not too long a walk. And in a nice quiet neighborhood.

It is an older hotel and could use some fixing up but I kind of liked the faded charm and all important things (lift, hot water etc) were working perfectly.

Everything was great. A room with a balcony, just a few minutes from the YELLOW WALL. Great service, best regards to Snjezana. "Sefica" is really crazy and that blew me away, so much fun.. For sure I comming back. BVB vs Bayern??🤞😉

If you are going for a Concert this is the best place! You are right in front of the Concert Hall. The staff was amazing! As soon as I arrived I was well received! Always smiling and helpful! I recommend 100% and if I need to come back for a concert it'll be here! Thank you guys !

Close to the Westfalen Halle. Quiet, smell is ok. We had everything we needed.

The hotel is old and used, but it did not bother us.

Friendly, flexible staff in an old-style "Pension". The furniture is so old it is almost cool and vintage, which I liked a lot. Everything was very functional, convienitent for public transport and the fair grounds, cool restaurants close by.

It is definitely not very hip or stylish, and it isn´t trying to be - just simple, clean and convienient accomodation. There is a big road outside the window.

Really nice and helpful staff. Was able to check in before normal time. Simple room but had what I needed.

There’s no plugs socket in the bathroom for hair dryer and there’s no mirror around the room, the shower gets flooded.

The style of the hotel is old-school but is nice they got her own charm
