We stayed here for 2 nights as a group of 21 people (including teenagers). Greate location - it's center of the city, but the hotel is lacated on quiet street. Very close to bus and train stations. Very good breakfast. We also had dinner included and it was very good. The staff is very polite and helpful. One day we were participating in a dance competition and couldn't make it to dinner. The girl at the reception offered to pack a lunch for 16 people instead of dinner and that was very nice. In general the hotel is very comfortable, clear and modern.

Location is perfect - in heart of the city. While there are events and buzz happening outside the exact location of the hotel is far enough to be quite. Breakfast was good included boiled eggs, sandwich stuff, jams, coffee, juice, salads, vegetables. The room had a double bed and I was with my friend so we preferred a little bit of separation from each other and the beds were like 15 - 20 cm apart from each other which was enough to create privacy needed.

My room was 103 and the path to hallway was pretty long with need to climb 2 stories go through 2 hallways and then go down through stairs 1 floor which wasn't ideal. There was strange smell in the 3rd stairway hallway - but to be honest from my experience in other European cities this type of smells are common.

Very lovely staff, especially the older gentlemen with glasses who checked me in. Breakfast was good, the rooms were big. The toilets and showers were separate but private cubicles. Water pressure was great. Location was good and easy to get to. Heating in the room was great and the curtains made the room very dark when closed.

The mattresses were not super thick and the pillows were not very good. You had to use coins for the lockers in the room which I did not have. For 1 night is okay.

Everything was super clean and comfortable, clean sheets, towels, bed very comfy. There was also a breakfast included, but I hed to skip it because of travelling hours. Staff was very kind and helpful, locación is just great- right in the city centre.

Despite high standard I still think it's a little bit pricey for a 8 person female room - I wish I could try breakfast, maybe including high quality meal price would be reasonable :)

- Breakfest - is really simple things. But there's a lot of it! I love classic continental breakfest, so it was really nice to try it ;) I was full till the 2 pm at least - Showers - really clean, i like that you have many shelfs for your stuff - Bed - was okay, but not really special, the plus for the private lights - Localization - 3 minutes from city center, 3 minutes from U-Bahn station (2 of them you can choose)

At general it was really good, bad can be more comfortable and newer and they can do something more for socialize the people. Perfect for one-two night stays for single backapcker or bigger families.

Everything is perfectly neat, clean and tidy. Very good service & an awesome delicious breakfast. I booked a double room with shared bathroom by mistake instead of a double room with private shower. However the facilities did not disappoint me. The rooms are exactly as in the photos. Very close to Christmas market and they have a parking space for 8€ per day.

The hotel's parking space costs 8€ per day. Beware it might get full and we might have to park outside (other garages charge 14€ per day).

Staff -amazing- breakfast was good, there is a kid play area inside it we like it, our room was very big and it was so nice for us

Cold.. it was really cold. We stayed just for one night but room didnt heat well. It was a bit challenging for us.

I’ve spent three amazing nights there, and loved every minute of it! Friendly staff, great decoration (I LOVED the walls at the lobby which reminds of mines, the Westfalenstadium paint and the ones at the showers) and delicius breakfast!!! Its near everything, many restaurants and the train station! Cannot wait to be back to this lovely city!

Nothing, it was perfect!

All was great!! The location is very central, close to the main areas. Many delicious choices for breakfast and overall clean and comfortable place to stay. The receptionists were very kind and gave me recommendations with a map of the city.

I could hear the doors opening and closing from the corridor, but that's not a big deal.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. You are literally in the heart of the city. The staff is helpful, the hotel is clean, the room was warm. Taking into consideration that this is mainly a hostel, the value for money is fantastic for the double rooms with private bathroom. Don't expect anything else but the necessary things in the room.

We were asked to drop the bed linen after the stay, which I suppose that is normal at a hostel, but we had a private room. Also, the room was located near the elevator, so while people were waiting the elevator, we could hear pretty much everything, due to low noise-proofing of the door.
