It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, supermarkets and subway nearby

There was no staff besides a housekeeper knocking on my door 9:30 am to give me clean towels. There was a specific sign to hang out on the door if I required cleaning... I didn't and still woke up each morning by knocking that wouldn't stop. Also, the room was super small, but for one person it was ok.

Clean place. Helpful staff (over the email) as the reception works 7am to 2pm so you are alone at the place. Also they have sent invoice just after I have left the place which is great! Easy check in/out as you have a box to pick up the keys and a box to leave them in.

It ia not hotel, just rooms. There is not CCTV so you have no protection. Also there is no reception after 2pm, so If something happen you have to deal with it on your own. I didn't feel safe. The doors looked easy to break in. I didn't feel save.

I got a free upgrade to a bigger room (with more beds) it was very spacious and comfortable 👍 Everything was clean, good beds, nice pink decorated room. I loved it! And it was very close to the metro, so it's a good location to get to the city/places etc. Staff was friendly and there was coffee and tea available in my room. I would recommend this hotel and I'll come back again

The doors fell shut very hard/ doors made a lot of noise. You can sometimes hear people loudly in the hallway, if they were entering their room. There's no fridge in my room, I would've liked that. Breakfast was okay, but there's no gluten free or lactose free options. Other than that, everything was good.

Hotel was overall quite good. Breakfast was ok, rooms were nice and clean.

The area in Dortmund where the hotel is located is not very nice, really dirty. Hard to find a parking spot on the street. There was nobody at checkin, had to do an online checkin and get a code, this would have been faster if Booking sent an advance information about the checkin process..

good for this price. it’s like a house with a lots of private rooms. after 14:00 reception isn’t working and I have to use key box. for me it was even better - self check-in with no questions asked. very beautiful, atmosphere room with good bed and a lots of lighting options. you have a teapot and tea in the room. bathroom was very clean without any smells and was beautiful too. all devices, electronic, plumbing worked as well without any questions! and very beautiful, clean and atmosphere and pleasant corridor! for me - 10/10 I will definitely stop here again.

Wi-Fi isn’t so good. it’s OK for messengers and surfing but but I couldn't watch the movie on my laptop.

Good hotel about a 10-15 minute walk from the main Dortmund station. Was allowed to check in early too when just dropping off our bags would have been good enough but our room was given to us a 10am. Nice breakfast.

Room was quite small and pillows were extremely flat. Had to fold them over several times but still a little uncomfortable.

The hotel isn't far from the central station. I foubd my room clean and tidy. There was fresh water and tea. I didn't meet the staff but I was able to check in and check out completely on my own, very easily.

The mattress was too soft Even tho I asked I couldn't check in at 13 o'clock instead of 14

Best location. Very close to the train station. No need to pay for parking. Cozzy and clean hotel. heating is excellent.

Neighborhood is not nice but the room is excellent

The location is superb next to an U Bahn and close to the central station by feet(~10 -15 min), the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Plus, the instructions for self check in were absolutely precise. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommended.
