The apartment is situated 15 minutes walk (2 tram stops) from the main railway station, walking a street full of restaurants and a big supermarket less than 5 minuntes from the apartment. It has one bedroom with double bed and another with 3 single beds. Bedlinen were good and towels were big. The furniture is good, although it was minimalistic, just the essentuals you really need and nothing unnecessary. The kitchen has a fridge, a microwave, a stove and is ok for warming food and basic cooking. There is a lift in the building.

Some hanger in the corridor would be a good addition, and some more power outlets in bedrooms. The apartment is missing a washing machine and some kitchen appliances that would make a longer stay pleasant, but it was very good for our needs (a couple of nights and dining out). Most restaurants around are turkish and arabic, so if you don't like that kind of food, you will have much less choice.

The host is amazing.. she is even supporting us on late evening. This is the first we did unattended checkin. But she made proper vedio to how to get in. Room is really big and it has comfortable beds. Comfortable stay I would say.

Bathroom is bit dirty, they might think to clean. Surrounding is clouded with drugged guys thought it is nothing to do with this apartment.

It is the third time I stay here, as every time everything is perfect, the friendly staff, communication is very easy and fast, very understanding hosts, the apartments are very beautiful, spacious, furnished and very clean, a very good area, easy access to shops and many others, I highly recommend these apartments and I look forward to coming back!

The proximity to the Center, the central station and also a Metro station, despite the fact that they are starting and remodeling it seems to me that they are going very well, the apartments are very large, and a girl on the telephone service, always very attentive and answers the messages almost that immediately helped me stay two more days in Dortmund in the same apartment, without a doubt 100% recommended and I will return to Dortmund soon and of course to stay with you

The rooms of TM Aparts were very clean. Panini and croissant varieties were very delicious. In addition, its location is very convenient for exploring the city, I had no difficulty in accessing public transportation. I recommend it to other guests.

We had to switch to TM Studios but everything was really smooth, I was also refunded the price difference. The staff I was in contact with was very friendly. Easy contactless check-in via key box. The studio was really nice, spacy, clean and beds were comfortable. Also nice kitchen, which we didn‘t use as we only stayed for one night. The apartments are really central, but the studios also not too far from the city center.

Location was good, everything was clean, there was a free parking available. Kitchen well equipped, clean sheat.

We would have liked to have a broom, to clean mud we brought in. As well as extra space for coats.

Nice apartment, not to far away from the center. A lot of free parking. Near to supper market. Spacious but no tv. The kitchen has every thing you need

Too much noise. We have been booked to an apartment which has a close room that the staff but their cleaning stuff in, so they needed to enter and take their things.
