Very friendly staff All modern and clean Good location I was given a quieter room without charging me for it There is a gym

The gym is very basic with one multi purpose machine that needs maintenance, the rest is just cardio, no balls or weights or bands The room is never cleaned except after specific request. They claim they do this for the environment which to me feels like a lousy excuse. I can see why it helps the environment if sheets and towels don’t go into laundry every day… but at least make the bed and replace towels that are on the floor?

I was traveling on business. The hotel is excellent for business travel accommodation. Room clean, spacious enough and clean bathroom. Accommodation is very quiet. I appreciate the gym, which is adequately equipped. The breakfast is excellent. Very helpful staff. There is a restaurant open at the front desk with a small but very good selection of beers, including local. Some disadvantage may be the distance from the city centre, but the hotel has a tram station nearby and is easily accessible. Overall, I recommend and rate the accommodation very well.

Very clean, good location, nice staff at bar

When we arrived at this hotel there was no staff around anywhere, just the self check in screens. We completed the self check in all fine, system worked well. But during our stay we have seen many people stand there looking completely lost and annoyed because there is no staff to assist. Although in the evening there was a staff member there overlooking the self check in desks. Still would be better to have the option of having someone else check you in.

Very clean, comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. Nice fitness center. 24h bar. Silent airconditionong. The hote has parking with a resonable charge, but there's free public parking just beside it too.

There is a self check-in system. It's quite advanced but still doesn't avoid being annoying. I requested an invoice and had to input all the information - which I already had input to booking.com. At checkout the person at the desk informed me that the invoice details were not in the system and I had to provide them a 3rd time. I understand the need for automation and reducing cost. But after a very early wakeup, a long flight, driving to a customer, a long meeting and 5 more hours of driving some convenience and simplicity is welcome.

Great room. Bathroom and shower excellent. Great location next to tram stop. Nice hotel reception with nice seating and bar. Breakfast ok.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. !2 Euro a day parking charge was not mentioned anywhere on booking.com or in the hotel itself. So had to pay that on leaving which I did not expect! Breakfast is a bit expensive.

A comfortable, clean and inexpensive hotel. We were particularly impressed with the receptionist, who went out of her way to assist us, when we arrived late with a flawed booking. Top marks to the barman who was (like all of the staff team) friendly and professional.

Everything was nice and clean, beds were comfy, pillows - flat enough to not cause neck pain. Cheapest room is spacious enough to feel cozy. Location of the hotel is also quite nice - city center is 5 minutes away (just 2 stops on the tram). Despite being next to the big road room was very quiet, sound isolation is top notch!

I thought they are called ghotel because they have ghosts, but I just set up myself for disappointment 😞

Great location, just outside of the city center with private parking what we needed since we didn't have the green sticker. There was public transport just outside of the hotel or take an über to go into the center. Very smooth automated check-in, very friendly staff. Clean room, nice beds. Great breakfast, lots of choice but maybe a lack of place at 'morning rush hour'.

Check-in is automated but had 2 members of staff assisting; can't understand why we couldn't just have them check us in. We also had to input many personal details already given to the hotel before arriving, waste of time.

Really nice property with all the modern facilities. Has a pretty decent fitness centre.

Check in process was hectic. You are coming after a 6 hours long flight and at the reception you are asked to check in via kiosk where you need to enter a ton of details. And at last they did the normal check in. Breakfast was normal.
