The room was functionally designed and furnished. It was cleaned well once, before I checked in. The check-in was smooth. The microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses etc. provided in the room were very useful. The bathroom was spacious and simple, and the soap and shampoo provided was good. The location of the hotel was good - 10-15 minutes' walk to central Bochum. My room looked out onto the street so I could hear the traffic, but it was not too loud for me inside the room. I think the room matched well the description given on booking.com. The reception staff were helpful whenever I interacted with them.

The wifi was very bad. I could connect to the network, but often pages would simply not load. The problem was the same whether I used my computer or my phone. At random times pages would load, but even in these cases not completely.

It was clean, good location, easy to find. Kitchen was okay, however a couple of things we missed, like there was only one mug for two of us to drink tea from, etc.

There was a fire alarm. We left our room, followed the route indicated by the signs, and reached the assembly point. We were the only ones there for long time, then 3 more men showed up. We saw one fireman going around too, who did not tell us anything. Then the alarm was put off. We did not know what to do. Later we saw people going back to their rooms, but there was nobody from the hotel staff or their emergency response team (if they had any) to tell us if it was safe or not to return. This I found very disturbing, not getting information on how to act in such a case.

Nice new building & apartment. The apartment is well equipped and the friendly staff always willing to help. Great option for a quick trip to Bochum.

The parking is very limited and on a first come first serve basis. It was very busy & we had to find parking elsewhere & carry all our luggage to the apartment . (Would have been helpful to know in advance) The WiFi was also struggling with the amount of guests trying to access it at once. Important to know for anyone relying on access to WiFi. The apartment was advertised as hypoallergenic, but provided extremely strong scented soap & shower gel. It would be better to provide an unscented option to stay in line with the hypoallergenic philosophy.

Room was very complete! Fully functional kitchen is very convenient. It's basically a tiny apartment with all that you need for days! Parking lot is small, but convenient to have, easy access to your accommodation and much safer than parking on the streets!

We were there for 4 days, but no housekeeping in between. That is a little shame. Downside was the extra bed as well, it was compared to the twin beds very uncomfortable. But it is still a bed I guess.

The hotel is very nice. We got nice rooms with the view to the main street. The grocery store is at 3 minutes walk from the hotel, and having a small kitchen in the room was really helpful. We were able to make dinner easy. The staff was very helpful to our needs!

The hotel does not provide any slippers for the stay, so it was little bit uncomfortable. The internet connection is very poor.

I (We) really like the room size, the amenities, the location of the property and what the surroundings offer us, such as restaurants and easy access to public transport, even during a public holiday. But those good experiences were ruined by our room neighbours by making such a noise for almost the whole time of our stay (mostly in the late evenings).

I really enjoyed the place, my room had everything - AC, shower, fridge, kitchenware, coffee machine - and was exceptionally clean and welcoming. It was very comfortable that there was even a small table that I could work on. The staff were very friendly. The location is just outside the old city and close to the metro so it was great. There’s even a supermarket right outside.

The bed was very soft which I normally don’t like but it was still comfy. You have to turn on the fridge! I didn’t notice at first and kept stuff there all day when it wasn’t working. The view is to a parking lot but it didn’t bother me really.

Generally I am very happy with our choice to stay in Nena apartments. The bed was very comfortable, the toiletries were okey. Very good sound-proof window and door. The location was very good and near to the metro and bus stations. The small kitchen was very useful and the cutleries were enough.

There rinsing place for the washed dishes was missed in the kitchen. Minor issue: the room was a little bit dusty.

The place was perfect especially traveling with a dog! The room were just like the pictures and very clean as well. Would recommend it :)

The location was questionable. We arrived at night and there were shady people hanging by the hotel. The hotel parking was full as well, so we had to park outside In a parking lot that only took cash. Which we didn't have. So bring cash if ure gonna park outside.

Everything! The hotel, the location, the staff and the facilities are just amazing! The front desk attention is exceptional and helpful the whole time! We also traveled with our big Dog, and the facilities are just great for him. All the members in the hotel were super kind with us and with the dog. Night access is pretty easy too and wifi, kitchen and so on work better as expected. Unfortunately there is no breakfast, but that is not a problem. Literally next to it is a super mark and you can make such a good use of all the kitchen equipment. It is quiet, comfortable and the parking is also great. It's been a long time since I've been in a hotel with everything working better as expected!
