Everything, lovely hotel, very clean throughout, reception staff were very friendly and explained everything clearly, my room was lovely and clean and overlooking a garden, bed was very comfortable with a very soft pillow, shower was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel room, the fridge in reception was an added bonus as you could acquire a cold drink anytime, the breakfast was extra at €12 but was plentiful and self service, it was in a very quiet area, very close to the suspended railway and main train, extremely easy to get to and from the airport and Düsseldorf centre, I would highly recommend this lovely hotel

Everything was perfect

Probably the most welcoming and friendly hotel I have ever been to. Shangri La in its own category: excellent communication, real caring leadership, wam team, all requests fulfilled with good spirits, proactive. Excellent calm and safe location 15 min by public from Hauptbahnhof. Very good value for money. And tasty fresh breakfast. Definitely my place to stay when next time in the town.

We received a warm welcome and were able to settle into a small but comfortable room. We arrived when it was almost dark and left relatively early the next day but there appeared to be a nice walk nearby. The is a dining room for those who would like breakfast but we did not choose that option.

There are steps up to the building and stairs inside to the bedrooms - no problem for us but worth noting. We found street parking easy but I think this might become an issue in the future - worth checking if you need to park close to the hotel.

It is peaceful because the hotel is right on the edge of a green area. It has a very nice cafe and terrace. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for Ms. Alev's warm welcome and all her help. He was crucial in doubling our satisfaction. Everything was as stated and clean.

There is no elevator at the hotel entrance or inside. This is why you need to carry your luggage. We would like to thank the hotel staff for their assistance in this regard.

Very clean property , excellent very welcoming staff ( the reception did an amazing job to make me feel welcome there ) , very clean upgraded bathrooms , quite area , waking up with the birds singing , 5 min walk to the station

comparing to the other hotels for the same date , the price was a bit higher

NOISE from neighbors. On the top floor the wall seem to be paper thin. I could hear people snoring. One party was very loud at 11 pm although I asked them to be quieter because I needed to sleep before my long return trip. In the future I will ask for a room on a lower floor.

Clean, simple, everything we needed in the rooms, including a balcony so I could sit outside after the kids were in bed without leaving the room. So lovely. Most importantly the staff were super friendly and kind on our arrival to help us. Appreciated after a long drive above all. In the morning we opted to have the breakfast which exceeded my expectations. Really my perfect breakfast combinations were offered. Everyone's different tastes and preferences were provided for. Couldn't have done better for breakfast in a 5 star hotel. Thank-you for the lovely start to our next journey on.

a nice surprise: nice and practical hotel, well situated, walking distance to Schwebebahn and other main attractions, easy parking opposite of the hotel (ask for access before arriving!), nice and personalised breakfast, easy communication outside reception opening hours, ...

nothing to signal

The room, while small, was quite comfortable. more than enough amenities and the view from the window/balcony over the back-garden was really beautiful. The lady at the reception was really friendly and helpful. location-wise, It was close to monorail stop and located more-or-less in between two "city-centers"

Location is beautiful, near the wood called Hardt, allowing for nice walks. The property is in a quiet street. I slept well. Breakfast was fantastic. (Try the scrambled eggs with bacon!) The staff is incredibly accommodating.

Nothing that would be a dealbreaker. I didn’t expect the Hilton, so I was satisfied. The room was a bit small, but that doesn’t bother me. You could say the room was spartan but very clean.
