Clean and modern space. No noise from outside of the building.

The night staff was very friendly and assured us that we could leave our luggage the next day for a few hours. However, the morning staff told us they were not allowed to keep the luggage which ruined our plans for the morning. Please train your staff better to be more friendly and with accurate information.

I spend my days mostly outside and after i was caught in a rainstorm the personnel offered to assist me with drying my shoes in warm room downstairs. It was definitly unexpected and a wonderful gesture. The breakfast had a wonderful variety of options to pick from and i could be sure that my room was always made and the shower was cleaned by the time i came back from my day trips. I loved the central location and easy access to the surrounding cities.

I had a few loud people outside my window during 2 nights, but that is to be expected of the location. I used ear plugs and could still enjoy a wonderful nights rest.

The staff was nice, and the beds were very comfortable. I'm nearsighted so I love the mirror on the bathroom door as it makes it easier for me to put on makeup. I hope they'll keep the same setup when they refurbish!

I'm very disappointed that they don't have the pancake machine anymore as it was the highlight of the breakfast here.

As always the staff here were very nice, they are one of the best things about the hotel. I usually stay on the side facing the city but this time my room faced the railway station, and while I see reviews saying that announcements from the station were a disturbance I only heard one so in my experience this is the better side if you want less outside noise (especially on weekends). There was some rumbling from the trains but I like trains so maybe I noticed it more because of that.

Perfect for the price, very clean, breakfast is good, beds are comfy, the staff is friendly and nice. The hotel is situated just on the railway station, so accessibility is top.

We had one bedroom for the four of us which was perfect. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included in the price. We'll definitely stay here again when we come to Bochum next time.

I don't think the AC was working. Even though I lowered the temperature in the bedroom, it remained too warm and we couldn't open the window all the way through the night because one of the beds was underneath the window and the person sleeping in there might have bumped their head.

The hotel is inside the building of the station, which is very convenient. Also, surprisingly you could not hear the trains, so it was actually nice for sleeping.

The sink plug was broken. I could not open it.

Due to delays on my trip I'd been travelling for two days with no sleep before reaching the hotel, so because I would be arriving early in the morning I had requested an early check-in. For some reason it didn't seem they had received it but the receptionist managed to find me an available room nonetheless, which I'm very grateful for. The staff were nice the rest of my stay too and the rooms as good as ever. Due to corona you had to reserve an hour for breakfast but from what I saw it ran smoothly.

Great location right at the station, access is out from the station main entrance and turn right onto the bus concourse, between KFC McDonald's. Good double glazing kept train noise out. Really comfortable bed and air con. Clean and well maintained. Surprisingly good quality breakfast for a budget chain hotel. Friendly staff. Definitely one to stay at again. Bus outside directly to Starlight.

Excellent value for money and met all expectations - this is a budget hotel with few facilities, great choice for us.

Large room, right next to the train station. Good value. Window facing the square, nevertheless quiet when window closed.

Interesting folks at the train station... But that is normal. Shower didn't drain well.
