Clean and very comfortable room. Hotel has good sound insulation even though next to a busy main road. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. City centre and Westfallen halls/stadium are easily accessble from tram stop within metres of hotel. Tram line heads towards the airport in other direction. Free car parking on site.

Restaurant food was good but a little expensive. Very few alternatives to eat in the immeadiate vicinity.

Great hotel with a central location. The train station is literally outside the hotel and a ten minutes ride to the city centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities and rooms are excellent, we will be going back. A lovely stay just before Christmas.

To be fair I couldn't find any faults with the hotel, it's definitely worthy of its four stars.

This was our second stay at the hotel. It was a perfect location on our trip through Germany as it is close to the motorway. The rooms are nice and breakfast is okay.

Last time we stayed the restaurant was closed and this time there was a lot of confusion about room service. We were travelling with a dog hence we couldn't physically go to the restaurant (without leaving the dog alone in a new place) On booking.com it says you can get room service and in their booklet in the room it also said we can get room service for dinner but at reception we were told that we cannot so wasn't sure which was it.

Hotel is exceptionally cosy, fresh new and clean. We were with dog and got room with huge balcony! So good extra area for big dog. Breakfast and both restaurants are perfectly good. Staff friendly and not annoyingly attentive. Always will help when asked. Alps restaurant Wittekindstube especially cosy with authentic dishes and very professional service.

TV only with German channels, slightly too small room for 2 persons and one big dog.

Very traditional looking hotel with excellent facilities, the U Bahn station is literally just outside the hotel, and offers great transport links to the city and beyond. The hotel is spacious and comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and of high quality. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The garden is very cute and they have nice swimming pool!

The vegan options at the menu are not very "creative". I don't know who came up with the idea that replacing meat with cauliflower is a good idea and something that vegans would be happy with. But this is the case in many restaurants. But who is happy to pay full price from food where the main ingridient is cauliflower? Maybe add some tofu, beans or other vegetarian proteins to the main courses to replace the meat and not just vegetables.

Wittekindshof is in a great location for my needs. The staff is very professional, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant and food is very good, and so is the breakfast buffet. Great place.

There was nothing I didn’t like, everything was great.

Comfortable, great airco and delicious breakfast. Friendly staff that also speaks English and Spanish.

Pillows were really flat and the room has carpet which is ok but it triggered my allergies, my bad as I didn't take my pills and couldn't find any in Germany without a prescription.

Lovely hotel tram stop across from hotel which takes you into Stadtgarten which is right in city centre although there is a main road right outside hotel you can't hear the traffic would definitely recommend this hotel

I like everything especially the room cleaners (i am not rich but i can tip personals who are doing there job with a heart.) but except the staff in the reception before i checked out. Shes a little rude talking to me. Next time , smile with your customers. Even if i am travelling alone, i can pay whatever extra expenses to be paid. Good that i respect your job, bit respect me as your customer or guest. Thank you.
