Clean location, valuable for money. Stayed only one night, but the staff-owner was very helpful because he let us in, although we arrived 20 minutes after the maximum stated check-in time (23h), because we had some problems on the road.

Very very clean, and it's just 5 min walking from U34 line which takes you near Dortmund central station. Also a very beautiful view from the window, you feel like you are out of the city but you are not, and I liked the building architecture around, the German traditional style, also safety. And I will add the bathroom were very clean as well, it's my first time booking a room with a common facilities and I'm not disappointed. The littering were nice as well. Thanks

Not just only comfy single matreses attached but there was overlay memory foam matress on top of it. The double bed could be comfy for the biggest people. The breakfast was amazing, various, continental not like that boring english breakfast. Staff was helpful.

The breakfast had good variety, the personally made fried egg was a nice addition. The drink options were varied and also provided a nice addition to the breakfast.

Big and comfortable room. Enough parking options. Friendly host.

The location is a bit far away from downtown. But there is public transportation nearby.

the location is great, quiet, easy to find buses or train to the city centre. the room was very clean.

Room was large and clean and though faced street was very quiet. Breakfast @ 7 euros was excellent.

Although on-site parking was advertised and a reason we chose the property, there was very limited parking and we parked on the street a distance away.
