I loved that the property had parking available, good location, easy to find, and the staff very accommodating and friendly. When we stayed there wasn't many little kids but the stay were friendly to my little ones. Breakfast was included with our booking and it was really good. They had pancakes, bacon, eggs, meat and cheese slices, yogurt bar, bread/croissants, cereal, and juice. They do offer dinner which was €27 per person. We personally weren't fans of the dinner Buffett and spent roughly €90+ on a meal that my kids and myself didn't like. The rest of the dinners we ate out of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were really comfortable. Our only complaint about our room is that the bathroom smelt like mold, we just kept the door closed at all times so it wouldn't smell up our room and opened a window to air the room out.

Service from house keeping staff was incredible they were very helpful courteous and friendly. The bed was cozy and comfortable.

1.16€ for breakfast is too expensive. 2. There was no telephone service in the room to contact front desk. 3.heater in the room was not hearing we stayed there for 9 days all the 9 days we had trouble with heating. We contacted front desk on the day we checked in but the lady was not helpful.

The staff were great, very welcoming and helpful, they had a table arranged for breakfast to accommodate the wheelchair. We stayed in room 212 that was very spacious, the wet room was well appointed and had plenty of space for manoeuvre. The room was spotlessly clean with the exception of a few coffee spills on the rug. The beds were clean, comfortable and warm.

A slight lip into the property from the car park.but I'm being really picky, it was easy to manage with the electric chair but a manual chair would need a little more effort, about 4-5cm

Everything went fantastically well - we spend a night in the hotel before heading back home after a holiday in Germany. My dad's trip from Dortmund to Suceava with Wizz Air was cancelled and, after spending the night in the airport (an absolute nightmare, with no information whatsoever from this doomed company which shouldn't exist anymore), the hotel staff was super nice and got him a room for the upcoming night with an early check-in. The lady on the reception duty on the morning of 26/07/2023 was super kind and super understanding - I thank her wholeheartedly. The hotel is quiet, ultra clean, with very good connections with the city and the airport, highly recommended for hop-on/hop-off travelers. But the staff have been just incredibly helpful and made life smooth and easy in a difficult moment - what a relief that was!

The food was good, the bar staff were informative and friendly and my room was a large suite.

The hotel is not within walking distance of the airport, so needed to book a taxi. The area is very much offices and companies no nearby restaurants or bars to walk to.

We have stayed many times in that particular hotel. It is always very clean and the staff very helpful. They do their best to make you always welcome.

Very nice breakfast. You can find whatever you wan't to. Rooms are small but comfortable and clean.

1 bottle of water in room that cost's 3,5 EUR. In most hotels that I've visited water in bottles is available for free in each room.

The room met my expectations. The room was clean, quite big and had a coffee maschine. The location is convenient and quiet.

The lighting in the room was not ideal. I prefer to have better light in the room

Good location from highway 40 for travelling stop over. Good selection of teas and coffee with kettle supplied. Close to McDonald’s for those who like that sort of thing.

Restaurant not open at time of stay and not easy to get cases into reception if parked in their carpark due to locked door in front of lifts. Had to use steps to access hotel entrance.

Arabic speaking staff was amazing and accommodated our late arrival
