It was actually a perfect stay. The room was spaciois, very tidy, everything looked as new (perhaps it was new). Staff was friendly and helpful. We had a small problem woth aircon in our room, we got other one - plus two cold beers as a "sorry for inconvenience". As for the city, it's very quiet, beautiful, it almost seems as if time was passing slower there. Great place to visit!

Everything was OK.

Very comfortable bed, I wish I could stay another night! Plenty of free parking space. Spacious room and bathroom, separated toilet. Double espresso at the breakfast was fantastic. Bread and rolls were fresh and tasty.

Skip the breakfast unless you want some really good coffee. ;) At Reve (700m away or so) is a bakery with sandwiches. It will be of a better value.

Calm, nice hotel with spacious modern rooms. Very clean and the staff is really nice, especially Alan, who gave us a lot of info during the night. Fun fact: lits of famous football teams stay here during matches and tournaments, chances are you meet some famous players during your stay :)

The location is a bit distant, taxi to Dortmund is around 40 euros, 25 minute drive to the center.

The room was very spacious, nice design, clean and pleasant. A big desk to work on with computer. Plenty of room for clothes and shoes. You can check-in starting from 2PM, which is nice. The hotel is located in a small town. It was now very quiet area probably only in wintertime, while summer will be full of sportsmen around. Outside parking is free of charge. There are two outside parking places, on both sides of the building.

Unit was spacious..clean..well equipped and modern. Liked separate toilet. Breakfast was reasonable. Good that parking was available

The receptionist on our arrival was rude not helpful at all and we felt unwelcomed!! On leaving I made a complaint. Also there was no staff on at the actual hotel..had to check in and out at the sports centre.

Room was large and superb with a separate toilet from the main bathroom. Lovely quiet hotel which we liked.

Disappointed there were no tea and coffee in the rooms which we missed

The room was large and very clean and the breakfast was included in the price of the stay and was fabulous.

Breakfast starts at 7 and wasn´t ready - it could be a good idea to start 6.30 for the business travellers

Everything, the staff, the restaurant staff, the reception staff, everyone was so warm and nice.
