Great hotel outside Dortmund. Not the high luxury, but decent hotel. Very, very friendly hotel team. Beds were very good, seperate duvets :-). Large and delicious breakfast buffet. In the morning Xmas market near the hotel (same building)

It's already an older facility (opened in 1991), but cosy. Small bathroom. Couldn't find the airco controls. Piano music was a bit loud in the evening bar.

Nice pool, lovely staff. Even our child of 9 years were greeted as a equal guest. He was asked at breakfast if he wanted choklate to drink. And got to draw when he was finished eating. Roomservice affordable and tasty.

Too expensive in restaurant.

The breakfast was very good. The pool was very quiet and perfect temperature for a relaxing swim.

Advertised "Electric car charging" is a regular "Shuko" outlet, so if you don't have a charger with yourself you won't be able to charge. The first receptionist was not the most helpful and also told us there was no option to charge the car.

We enjoyed the wellness and spa. The room is big Few minutes walk fron the shopping center .a lot of parking spaces.

Less choices of menus from the restaurant during dinner.

ok - today everyrhing is more expensive...but I guess the the region NRW and outback Luenen the price is at the upper level.
