Everything about this hotel was excellent. It's a very unpretentious hotel but it does everything very well. The seafarers very friendly and efficient. The room was very large and spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent value and the location was perfect in the centre of a lovely town with a shopping mall directly opposite. Ample parking round the back as well. Lovely bistro next door was an added bonus.

Absolutely nothing to dislike . Just wish we had more time to stay there longer and explore the lovely town.

Aschaffenburg was an overnight stop from Hook of Holland (car ferry) to Austria. The Garner Hotel was very welcoming and the facilities are excellent. Our double room was exceptional. There is a fee for hotel car park but this was a reasonable rate. The hotel is central to restaurants and bars and we enjoyed the riverside walk and exploring the old part of Aschaffenburg.

This hotel is withing walking distance of everything. Short walk to the train station and the same distance to shopping, parks and restaurants nearby. Staff is very accommodating and the breakfast is one to remember. It had everything including fresh soft boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, assorted breakfast meats and breads. I easily made a sandwich to take with me to have a snack as I explored surrounding areas. Very nice.

Nothing. The place was nice, quiet, clean and the breakfast buffet was more than adequate.

Everything was perfect fopr my stay and all staff were very supportive and generous. Room was perfect with all needs catered for. Food for both breakfast and dinner was perfect.

The blanket was too small my feet were out of it. Besides that the temperature in room cold no proper warm heating.

Large room with large bathroom. Room very close to lift. Excellent shower. Great secure parking. We arrived early but were allowed to park and leave our luggage on site.

TV not tuned in. Scrambled egg and bacon was not fresh.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and very central. It included a bar/restaurant which we used and found very pleasant. The included breakfast was simple but tasty with a nice selection of hot and cold food, the croissants being a particular favourite.

I was allocated a single room, which was smaller than I thought it might be. I would ask for a bigger one in future. Room cleaning was a little ad hoc but nothing to complain about.

A great start on our tour in Europe. A nice clean friendly and reasonably priced hotel, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic with a great choice.. Lift available and private parking around the back. A bar next door that also serves food. A pleasant stay

All was bang on and ideal for a group of bikers..

Overall an excellent price ratio. Hotel is loacted in the middle of the town. Hotel parking slots are there (cost extra). The rooms have been clean and ok. The staff was very friendly which is a plus. Overall for me good to stay for business.

Check In procedure took really long (about 30 min.) which was not due to personal but it seems to be a very very poor system in the background. If you are told upgrade and you get a room without even climate you don't think it is possible.
