I found the hotel to be very relaxing and exactly what I needed. The staff spoke perfect English and were very approachable and friendly. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony that was perfect for taking a nice rest. The breakfast area was very big and spacious and was never too crowded. The big glass windows were ideal for gazing out as I was eating. The area is very quiet with a nice park and walkway just down the road.

I would have liked a kettle in the room.

Everything was great. The price was very good for the big room we got. Great view, we could see the sunshine from the hills from the balcony. Good enough breakfast. Friendly receptionist. Within 5-minute walking distance from Solymar Therme, for which you get 10 euro discount at the reception. If you want a great culinary experience, the restaurant Bundschuh is also 5 minutes away. We had the best steak ever there plus the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Nice big room, clean and cozy. Very helpful and friendly staff. BIG pool , crystal clear water. Nice breakfast and quite various.

Large bedrooms and great breakfast. Dated but quite an interesting building that would make a great film set for an atmospheric thriller / horror movie.

to get downtown and to the restaurants you have to drive a long distance around the Kurpark - then you will not find any parking! The German staff at the Savoy is NOT customer oriented - they just leave reception unmanned! didn't even apologize, just said, they had an importsnt tour through their hotel! We were the guests and waited for 30 min after a long, long drive! NO elevator before 8am and after 10pm, so tough luck! The Bulgarian and other East European staff work their nails off. This should be a 1-2 star hotel: very outdated, ... only the name Savoy is good!

The location is nice. Close to the park and town center. Nice view.

The room was terrible. Did not have maintenance for 30 years. Very dirty carpet. Lot of dust. Shower doors completely broken and the drain did not work, and flooding the bathroom when showering. Will not cone here again.
