I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bad Muskau. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Bad Muskau Castle and Park. The free on-site parking made everything very convenient. The room and facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a wide selection in a lovely setting, and the homemade (with love) strawberry jam is an absolute must-try. The hotel’s restaurant is top class; we dined there twice and were thoroughly impressed both times. All in all, this hotel is a fantastic choice, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is perfect. It's not at every town that you can go for walk in two countries within half an hour. Almost everything was lovely. The staff was accommodating. They spoke slow German for me to understand, and had a charging station for the car on hand. The dinners were exquisite.

Breakfast was okay, but a bit disappointing compared to the dinners every evening. The beds are too soft.

Our stay could not have been better, great hotel, right next to the famous Fürst Pückler park, free parking. We had a lovely good sized quiet room, phantastic modern bathroom with large shower. Breakfast choices included everything you can think of, lots of varied high quality local produce. We also decided to have a meal in the restaurant which was excellent. Wellness/sauna options are on offer as well.

We missed a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Given this was the most expensive hotel we booked for our trip, and the only one without these facilities, we were disappointed.

bedrooms need a refurb, carpets look tired, bedroom settings are in need of replacement and new curtains are a must

The staff was very, very friendly. The hotel was also very clean and the Corona regulations were taken seriously. Breakfast was of high quality even if the selection could have been bigger and with more variation.

The timing of the cleaning could have been better. We arranged for one and when we got back to our room with our baby, it still hadn't been done at 2pm. Then he needed a nap and it was too late. But everything else was great.
