A great hotel in a very nice location. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I think the vibe of the place is to detach from the city and to be closer to nature in a quiet place. All of this was ruined in our case because of the Powerboat Racing event on the lake. It made a lot of noise and caused air pollution from 10 AM to 8 PM... Make sure you double-check Bad Saarow events before you book your quiet place.

The location for the spa / therme is amazing, it's literally ~30 meters from door to door. Our suite was very spacious with an amazing view to the lake and we ate both breakfast and dinners at the quaint restaurant downstairs, which was extremely enjoyable, thanks also to the extremely friendly and hospitable staff.

Nothing could have gone better it really seems, it was a wonderful weekend experience overall, we'll come again for sure!

High level attention to details and we felt very comfortable during our stay. Everything was perfect, staff very professional and beautiful balcony view.

The apartment was quite cold unfortunately. Someone from the hotel turned on the heating system, but it didn’t work. This was the only part that made our stay a little uncomfortable, but I would definitely go there again :)

Really lovely accommodation and breakfast right next to the spa. Good communication from staff after a glitch in the booking.com system left our family of four with two rooms reserved for single instead of double occupancy. Everything worked out great.

Missed out on having dinner at the hotel because we didn't reserve in advance; had to walk to a nearby steak house which was not ideal after 6 hours in warm water and hot saunas

Great location, well equipped and ample room, excellent cleaning conditions, confortable beds. All the personnel were really kind.

The breakfast offer could have been a bit more varied.

The location of our hotel was located right next to the lake and park, as well as next to the thermal baths, making it very convenient for our overnight stay. Our room was spacious, well-lit, and very clean. We had an additional air purifier as well. We also had a balcony, which was pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly as well.

Since we were staying at a 4 Star Hotel, we would have hoped for complimentary water, wine, coffee and/or tea. In most hotels that I have stayed at, this was the case. The wifi connection was also quite bad in our room.

The location is perfect to use the thermals right next to it. It is also close to the center of town and not far walking from the main train station, so that you don't need a car to get there.

rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen was well squired for four guests. Breakfast was reach and the staff was super nice. The hotel provided towels and a basket to take for the next-door thermal spa.

It was not possible to add an extra bed, so we could sleep only four in a room (a family of five).

We are very familiar with this hotel - standards appear to be as good as ever
