Went there in the middle of snowy season and were met with an incredible location in the middle of the forest. The air is so fresh and clean. They offer an extremely cheap shuttle service (3€ per person) to the nearest train station, needs to be booked two days in advance, so don‘t forget. Taxis in the area are few snd expensive (60€+ for a 15 min trip). Food was great, breakfast was luscious and plentiful and dinner was very reasonably priced, healthy and delicious. There was always a very good vegetarian option as well. The saunas and spa area are very big for a hotel, the changing rooms could be a bit bigger, but that is rarely an issues as guests always arrive and leave staggered. Indoor pool is nicely heated and massages were amazing! We spent the weekend and feel refreshed, with new energy for the rest of the year, or until the next stay, which will be very soon!

Nice restaurant (great breakfast and dinner options). Very relaxing spa offer and wellness area. Nice room with lovely lake view. There many additional amenities on the property for a nice vacation with kids.

While there were a few vegan options for the breakfast and dinner, there could have been more, especially as I gave advance notice that two vegans would be visiting. It was adequate for a short stay.

Everything great, but quite expensive :-) Great place, clean and comfortable apartment, free parking and Wi-Fi, free swimming pool + out-dore one. Nice breakfast.

Visited this hotel 6 or 7 years ago. Breakfast was better that times and price was lower... Where mango juice has disappeared ?... :-))

Above anything else - the staff was incredibly kind and helpful! It was an absolute pleasure interacting with every single member of the staff: from the reception to the SPA area to the two restaurants we ate at. The setting is picturesque, nested in the middle of the nature, surrounded by a beautiful forest and with a lovely lake nearby. Path around the lake (cca 4km) is an ideal setting for a morning jog, although there is a very well equipped gym on premises, too. The spa area is rather good and there are two swimming pools at disposal.

The room we stayed in was tiny and the pillows were super thin, so sleeping wasn't too comfortable. That didn't harm the overall impression though, which was still excellent.

The breakfast was amazing! Plenty of vegan options. The lake and the nature around it is beautiful, the spa is great, the hotel as hallways conecting all the buildings so moving around was very easy and pleasant!

Rooms in the shared main building were a bit outdated in design..the place is quiet secluded so a car is definitely needed.

The service at Gut Klostermühle was absolutely excellent. The staff were really friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were great: for vegans like myself there were a wide range of options.

The facilities are a little outdated but that was expected, given the property is quite traditional looking and old school

Great secluded location directly at the sea. Perfect place to relax, to swim, hike or simply do nothing. Surrounding nature is awesome. Very kind staff. Spa is great.

Beds were a bit too soft. Restaurant choice is too small for a place where nothing else is in close proximity. The price for vegetarian food is too expensive. No matter if you take the two course menu with meat/fish or veggie, it’s 29€. It would be ok if veggie option was a bit more fancy than quinoa with vegetables. It says it’s a sustainable resort. But I am sure there are more things you could do. Eg soap without plastic etc.

The spa does not open until 2pm which makes no sense if you are staying multiple days and the weather is bad. Reception said you could call and the spa would open but when we tried they said it was not possible.
