we as a family (2 Adults, 2 kids) have been accommodated in a Mid-size room, the furniture was new and modern, street view with a small balcony, overall very quiet even if in the centre of town. Parking is just behind the hotel and free of charge for hotel guests.

The restaurant staff seems to be quite stressed and confused.

A good choice for a few nights! We were on the 3. floor with balcony. Though overlooking the main street still the room was quiet, thanks to soundproof windows :))) Comfy bed, pleasant lighting, very central location to both cities. Rich and tasty breakfast buffet.

The internet was mostly very weak :-/ A strong, unpleasant smell would come out of the bathroom. We had to let its lights (connected to the airing system) all times on to get rid of the smell. Not so environmentally friendly!

The facilities were great, lovely clean bathroom, comfy beds, great breakfast. 24 reception desk was a great plus while traveling.

We booked for 2 adults and 2 children and we knew that there were only 3 beds, which is fine, but I was hoping for 4 duvets and 4 pillows since we booked for 4 people.

Beautiful hotel, comfy beds, clean bedding, nice room and clean lovely bathroom, nice staff, amazing restaurant and food with lots to choose from, good prices, lovely balcony with the street view, table and chairs. Huge TV, spacious room.

The floor in the room wasn’t washed at all for probably few days, my feet were very dirty after just couple of minutes walking on the floor without shoes. Air conditioning wasn’t the best, it was too warm in the room even after setting the temperature down to 10’C.

Very comfortable beds and great shower. Nice restaurant downstairs and although we didn't stay for breakfast we were able to order a coffee.

The shower walls- only frosted glass. You can't really see anything and if it's a couple it's ok but for 3 people it may feel a bit awkward.

Good clean rooms with a comfortable bed. Free parking at the back, easy accessible location. Breakfast was also good. Most staff was friendly.

Price was a bit high compared for what you get. Hotel could use some maintenance outside the rooms. Some staff could be more friendly.

Excellent breakfast, exceeding the expectations. Also there is a restaurant on the ground floor. It is very convenient you should not search for any other places. Food is rather delicious. Staff is friendly. Also parking place just behind the hotel is very much convienent.

A bit noisy from the street traffic or street life is your windows are in the direction of the street, but it is still acceptable.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of selection. The mattresses were comfortable. The shower was a bit slippery. Loved meeting a possible cousin.

No Kleenex in the rooms .

I would like air-conditioner to work a bit harder. It was OK while window was open. But, as it looks to a noisy street, we had to close it for night and then it was rather hot in the room. I understand that the style of the shower and toilet is very modern, but it is not very convenient for staying together. And I would appreciate to have an electric kettle in the room.

The location was good

As a hotelier, I believe that the staff should be professional and friendly at the reception. The reception gentlemen was a bit rude.
