We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and were very pleased. Everything corresponded to the description on the website. Every day the room was cleaned and toiletries were replaced, bottles of drinking water both carbonated and not were renewed, as well as tea, coffee drinks and sugar. Breakfast for one day cost 80 zlotys for two persons. It is quite INexpensive considering that it was very tasty, filling, varied and included drinks. My husband especially appreciated the inclusion of a shoehorn. It makes life easier) It took us a long time to choose a hotel from all the hotels in that area, but in the end we were not disappointed at all.

Wi-Fi in our room did not work at the highest speed. If he was needed for work, it would be difficult. The hairdryer worked but only with cold air and it was almost impossible to dry my thick hair quickly.

Comfortable clean room. Good breakfast (although that was not included in the standard room cost). Good location. Friendly helpful staff. Good value.

Carpark was full when we arrived so we had to park on the street until some cars had moved (as a lot of people just come for food). The Restaurant was very busy.

It's a central location, quite good value for money comparing to other places around in Slubice/Frankfurt. There's quite ok restaurant on the ground floor. The room not too big, but ok for couple of nights. It has big parking considering that it's very central.

Lack of fridge and a bit smallish space if you have bigger luggage. The breakfast mainly had all meals cold (towards the end of breakfast hours) and the food was a bit 'unmaintained'. So come to breakfast early or just eat in other places. Would be great to have EV charging possibility, even a simple 220V socket outside in the parking lot.

Food in the restaurant was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained.

Breakfast buffet was not to the high standards set by the evening menu. The staff come across as a little unfriendly although I think this is more of a cultural difference (very few smiles or friendly chat).

Despite city centre location it was very quiet. Restaurant food was really good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms clean.

In one room the card holder at the door had a blue light that was very strong and made that it was not dark enough.

All good, fairly clean, room very nice prepared for the family with a baby. We got a free cot, with baby towel, some toys, diapers, bip and eating bowl, very positively surprised. 👌

Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Handy location when travelling to or from Poland. Good value.

Car parking can be limited in the evening as lots of people come to the restaurant.

My second time at this hotel and it has only become better. Great staff, breakfast and rooms. Kind people and quiet location right in the center of slubice. If i wasn't living so far id come her solely for the breakfast and staff. Always very clean and well maintained. Nothing to complain about. Thank you once again.

My third time here and always a pleasure staying here. Best location since a bus stop to germany is just outside. Central location with lots of food options nearby. Great staff and great breakfast. Had a chance to meet the boss and she speak german like a native besides her mother tongue and english of course. Staff always willing to help and quiet location. Would always come again

I booked this hotel because of the air conditioning, as none of the hotels in Frankfurt had air conditioning. It was just a 10-minute walk over the bridge to Frankfurt. It was extremely hot, so I was grateful for the a/c. The bathroom was large, with a huge bath.

I asked for a quiet room when I booked and when I arrived, but I was given a room at the front overlooking a cobbled street. Maybe something got lost in translation. I should have changed it, but the soundproofing looked good. In fact some noise came through the soundproofing, and I had to wear ear plugs in the morning. The two rooms with windows at the side of the hotel might have been quieter.
