The bed was very comfortable and spotlessly clean . I was delayed and the restaurant was closed. But the person on duty arranged to the cook to make me some hot food which was extremely welcome after travelling for over 12 hours and delicious. He also opened up a room in which I could safely store my bike. The breakfast perfect and good value.

I was a little disappointed to find that I had been charged more than the list price for my meal. But I hope the cook was given a tip for his service.

Good for family and rooms are really spacious. Easy to find.

The only thing is you have to pay for breakfast separately. The best were not so comfy but ok for the value. No smart tv to connect to Youtube kids get bored without Youtube

Room were very clean and beds were comfortable.moreover staffs are always ready to help and friendly.main station is 10 mins walk and if you have a car then it's best place to stay because parking space is huge and free.furthermore breakfast is good. Overall it meets the value for money

First time that I had a hotel in Frankfurt/Oder. It is quite centrally located at only two tram stops from the train station. The tram stop is just opposite the hotel. I enjoyed WiFi to start and configurate my new mobile phone. Although the breakfast is rather continental, it was good and healthy start into 01 January 2024.

I like the atmosphere, hotel service, especially with breakfasts and changing the bedding. The price is all right, very good location if you travelling via DB trains to Berlin or other closest cities.

The only thing is in bathroom with light switch frame but it's very insignificant for overall comfort.

Very clean room, comfortable room, pleasant staff and tasty breakfast. Very well connected by tram (stop just next to the hotel) with the train station, the distance can be also covered easily by foot if you don't mind a 15 minutes walk and don't have too much luggage.
