We stayed for three nights using it as a base to explore the local area. Kostrzyn was a hugely strategic location for the Germans at the end of WW2, and there are many sites of historic interest nearby. The hotel is in a great location, with a supermarket, some shops, petrol station and McDonalds all nearby. It is adjacent to the old Bastion fortress. Its about a 12 minute walk to town. We had two rooms, one twin and one triple. Both were comfortable and clean with en suite facilities. The price was very reasonable and as such we were all very pleased. Car parking on site. German border is about 300 yards away. We didn't use the restaurant to eat but did have some beers in there (there is a good selection). Reception staff spoke English and both booking in and checking out were straightforward.

No curtains (but this seems a common thing in hotels in Germany and Poland (in my experience)). Bring an eye mask. WiFi was a bit intermittent but fine mobile phone signal.

Very well located near the german Border, a pharmacy, Gas Stations, McDonald's, Supermarket and a polish Market are very Close to the Hotel.

The entrance Hall to the rooms were a bit smelly because of the toilet in the basement.

The breakfast was very tasty with wide range of fresh and delicious food. The staff was nice and helpful. In the hotel building is located the room for bikes where you can keep them safely. Rooms were very clean.

Due to location close to the main road there is noisy in the rooms, but there are blinds which could help (unfortunalety we didn't saw them until morning).

Very positively surprised! Very spacious room, great breakfast and helpful staff! The location is great with entrance to local tourist attraction - Fortress City - is right next to the hotel. Recommended!

Only available were three channels of Polish State Television, nothing else. Mattresses are way too soft for my back.

Dirty carpets. Dirty towels. Dirty showers, water could not flow down.

Everything! The staff was great and welcomed me in a way that made me feel at home! They even has air-conditioned rooms which is something that even the Germans don't have.

I couldn't stay longer due to my time limit.
