I had a day to kill so decoded to spend it in Frankfurt Oder and stay the night. Its a very nice East German city and in the years I have been visiting is slowly overcoming the ravages of reunification. I like the distinctive DDR feel of the place and the hotel has a very pleasant character in keeping with it. Close to the main station the hotel is an impressive building in itself both inside and out, I especially liked the main entrance and the though that has gone into the decoration. I had a large twin room which was nice and cosy. Very comfortable bed, useful desk. Nice large well appointed bathroom. I've stayed a few times in Frankfurt Oder and I will come back to this one next time. I had to leave early in the morning so didn't get to try the breakfast but really like the look of the breakfast room.

We good work of a young man in the reception. Despite that we were late to check in, after calling us by phone he waited untill late , after midnight, and provided the best support he could to help us to get to into the hotel. All the best wishes!!!

I stayed for two weeks and was on a business trip. very comfortable bed small kitchen is very helpful and practical. central location - close to tram stop, train station. helpful staff

the internet connection could have been better. the shower suddenly switches from hot to cold water on its own. please check it (I stayed in room no. 3)

A clean, comfortable place with good breakfast, spacey rooms and comfortable beds. Supportive staff, no problem with arriving after the reception desk was closed. There is a separate public room for work or chat, with coffee and drinks available 24/7 so you don't need to stay in your room even when bar is closed. Close to the highway, perfect to stay on the road or to visit Dresden.

The town itself is picturesque but empty, seems abandoned.

I arrived very late and receptionist was waiting for me to arrive and to book me in.

Very clean and well kept

Although I had a no smoking room, the smokers area was right next to my window. It was hot and there is no air conditioning but I also couldn't open the window since people smoked outside. Not very well thought out.

Clean and spacious and had everything I needed.

It was a bit noisy from traffic with the window open but the closed window blocked the noise completely.

The hotel is very well located near the center of the city and just next to a supermarket. The breakfast has a lot of variety and overall very tasty. Staff was very nice.

The place is overall clean and facilities are comfortable. However, the cleaner used has a strong sweet smell that can be annoying for smell sentive people.

Staff! Amazing. They waited for us after checkin time. Apartment clean and comfy. We slept there on our way to western part of Germany. Decent breakfast. Good value for money.

Firstly I really like being greeted by Vladimir. He was very nice, gentle & especially had a great great sense of hospitality by reminding us all the stuff about hours. Also later on before we left, he did not forget to wish us a great week ahead and a great German Unity Day. Now about the hotel, it's clean, cozy in our room. Though we can hear people playing around in the room next door (I think kids), it is still quiet and enjoyable for my partner and me.
