I've stayed here before and will do so again. a great hotel in a good location, with good meal and drinks available for breakfast and evening meal. Always really clean with friendly and helpful staff.

My only slight criticism are the pillows, but this is a personal taste issue and common in many German hotels. They always seem too thin and lack support.

Location and onsite parking was a bonus. Breakfast was of good quality, varied and tasty. Fresh orange juice would have been preferable but croissants were ace.

Slightly cramped room, zero view (not that it mattered as we were just resting midway on a longer journey) Unfortunately no food facilities were available on arrival as they had no cook since Covid, so only snacks / sweets were available from a vending machine.

We stopped for a night while on the trip across Europe. Amazing hotel, beautiful family apartment. Clean, spacious and beautiful room. Was amazed by it. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.. would like to return and stay for longer then a night.

Convenient location with parking next door and tram across the street. We chose the comfort double room and it was spacious and very comfortable. Great to be able to leave windows open because there were insect screens. Lovely big bathroom and great shower. Breakfast was superb, so many choices, even a small tub of caviar. Friendly, helpful staff made for a very enjoyable 1 night stay.

Location with free parking and access to walking along Oder River as well as street car. Close to Christmas market and downdown shopping area, restaurants.

Hotel has dated finishes.

Great place to stay while biking on Oder-Neisse Randweg. Comfy room with all you need, storing room for bikes, super friendly staff. I booked a room late in the afternoon but there was no problem with confirming my reservation and getting the room ready.

While booking the room I have requested a crib -which based on the booking information was for free - unfortunately once checking with the hotel I have been asked to pay for it.

If you have a dog you can bring them with you, which is great, and very close to the hotel is a lovely, lovely park and lots of walks by the river. Very beautiful scenery and easy going staff. Very nice.

Only one thing I was a bit, not so great is that the extra price for a dog was different to what I have been told over the phone before the booking and different after I already booked.

The breakfast room was nice and the breakfast selection good. The room was modern and clean. The bathroom and shower area also modern and clean.

I have no complaints.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, affordable in a lovely location on the Oder. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and welcoming. We opted to have breakfast which was plentiful and delicious!
